I made a transfer of 10k but 30k was debited from my account please I need assistant

i don't have a debit or credit card. Does it mean I can't use chat pay???

I'm not receiving the OTP...please help

Loved the app when I first downloaded it. But now, believe you me I can't make any transaction, only to check my account balance... Get serious Sterling bank!!!

For 2months i have NOT been able to transfer from sterling bank to another using this app. Keep gerting errors.

Why is it now demanding card details when it didn't request for it the first two times i installed it? Adding card details should be optional because it's not everybody that is using debit/credit cards. I can't make use of it now because of this after reinstalling it.

Am having trouble making transfer due to the problem, I Uninstall the app and reinstall it but when trying to register my number and atm number back, I will say card issue, but I use the atm card to withdraw

Why the necessity to add debit card and annoyingly i tried and for the past two days been i haven't been able to add , no option for adding account numbers there this is annoying and i was loving the app before i had to reinstall all my apps please fix this ASAP

My banks sends me a seven digit OTP and your platform only allows 6. Please how do you expect me to confirm my registration. You need to fix this.

I can't install it,what is cvv2 and should I register the number on my ATM card as required,Please I need guidelines on how to install it thanks

My GTBank card was debited N500 without giving me value for the airtime I purchased. A lot of people are already complaining about this. Even with the latest update this is still happening. Reverse my N500 and I'd reconsider 5*****

After successful registration... I got stock in the registration page... My number successfully registered and connected to twitter already.... But it's not leaving that page.... I don't know y dat is like dat... Your application shouldn't be giving users headache.. It is supposed to be user friendly.. This one is not... Please fix if it's an error

I used sterling mobile money then I forgot the password and I want to open chatpay account but when I was asked to set a password,i did it but it will tell me that I have already registered on the platform...... Help pls...

After I made the registered, I was told that my account is not compatible

What a lovely app

I used it to transfer money some time ago... The money got hanged, it took my bank (sterling) more than five weeks to refund the money... Presently, I'm using the app to check my balance and I keep getting "Your available card balance is null naira.. I am not understanding

It's difficult to setup a card. The challenge the app occupies the whole screen and when OTP is sent via SMS the only way to see it is to leave the app. When you come back to the app, it starts the process all over. The app should be able to read the OTP automatically since it's the same phone.

The app was ok at first but now, if I try to transfer money, it keeps saying token not found. Please I need a solution urgently.

The app is just not what I thought abeg. It keeps shoeing me stage two even after I connected with twitter and followed the instructions, dunno y

Tried adding debit card details.. Button was not responsive.... Does the app work in Kenya as the only option was to select Nigeria???

This is awesome. I am in Dubai and able to manage my account in Nigeria from anywhere in the world. No OTP sms required #easybanking
