Pain Diary for Android allows children between the ages of 4 and 12 to record their pain levels and indicate how pain is affecting their lives. This information is used by the Centre for Pain Research to determine the prevalence of chronic pain amongst children and assess how it affects children's lives. This information allows researchers to formulate techniques and practices that can be used by children to help them manage chronic pain.

Can't save entries. So completely useless as a tracker. Having said that if it worked if would have been something easy for my child to access with me to learn to use and a gateway into understanding his pain.
