Save yourself the trouble, and don't download this app. Once you enter your account number ...a error message pops up. I've tried to delete the app and reinstall. It still doesn't work. It's better to just check your account thru a desktop setting.
No check deposit? Shows on screenshots in play store, but not available in app.
Would like to see a pending transactions page option added.
Furious that they took away the option to deposit checks via app! I work and go to school full-time, so it's nearly impossible for me to make it to a branch to deposit checks!!!! They also don't have one anywhere near me (closest one is 15 miles out of my way to work or school), so this is a MASSIVE inconvenience now!!!
It serves a purpose of checking transactions but I do not have a deposit option for some reason. I do not find much use for the app without that option.
I haven't been able to log in for months. The app was great when it actually worked
CONSTANTLY LOCKING ME OUT. No room for the slightest mitake in logging in or else you'll immediately be logged out, or if you haven't used the app in a week, you're logged out. Apparently therr was an update that i have missed where you can pay your bills from the app, playstore and website has no update available but other users already have thr update.

It keeps locking me out of my account. I would love mobile deposit, especially since there is not a branch near me. This app is horrible and when you call them at the branch they act like nothing is wrong. The computer site isn't any better. Guess I will be switching to TD.
I keep receiving security questions that I don't know what the answer is. Need to do better. I thought I was the one to pick security questions? Well not much better. New update now I keep receiving error readings. CPM needs a new app that works
Can't even log in asking security questions that I never chose and the ones that were right it still wouldn't let me see my account info
This app does OK. No real complaints, just one. The app needs to show the pending transactions.
When trying to log on all they do is ask security question after security question, some not even pertaining to what you signed up for! Please fix or will be uninstalling app permanently!

System errors keeps locking me out. Iam so tired if changing my password. Please fix, since there is no customer service on weekends. Some thing needs to be done. Fix app or have customers service reachable on the weekend
Since the upgrade there is always a system error and I can't log in. I uninstalled and tried it again was able to log in one time then the same issue again. Uninstalling until a fix is made.
It is great when I can actually log in but I haven't been able to login for almost a week!!

Worked OK before the update..... not it keeps saying an error has occurred and I can't even access ANYTHING. Wont even let me log in. TERRIBLE.
I get locked out easily, I can't use it like I can b of a. I'm soooooooooo not pleased but the customer service rep helped me.
Where to begin first they closed the location nearest to where I live and told me they have this great new app and every time I try to use the piece of crap it gives me a new issue today the app updated I went to sign in and it asked me a security question which it has never done but I answered it with the same answer I have always used on cpm anytime on my computer and got locked out of my account there were no second chances I had to spend an hour on the phone just to get access to my account very unhappy
Works... most of the time. Hate when you put in password wrong once it locks you out and you have to call the bank to get back in.
Horrible, can't use it 90% of the time!
Had to uninstall/reinstall to get app to work again; but it does, now.
After update I had to reinstall. There are bugs that needs addressing

App always locks my account terrible app and will be the reason I switch banks soon.
If I could give it no stars I would. I never even got to log on because I was made to answer the same security questions over and over for over 10 minutes. How can I be required to answer questions about my wedding when I'm not married? I gave up on it, it was totally not worth it.
