Good app. Doesn't let you paste password for login and you can't use it to deposit checks.

Usability and stability have really come a long way. Like the features that are being added and the modern design that has been implemented.

I type in my ID and password but then it takes me to my security question. After I answer my security question correctly it prompts the question over and over again. App Worked fine until I updated the app. This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!

This app is horrible!!! Locks me out all the tome always have to reset ot just to check my balance . Atm for me uninstalling !

I can't get past the splash screen. I tried it several times on the phone, on the tablet, ... I think it would be useful but not until the figure it out.

App doesn't retain login information. Unable to paste login information into username/password fields. Tabbing out to look at my password manager begins the process all over again. Completely and utterly useless garbage. Use the banks iSuite5 landing page. It works better than this.

Worked great for a couple of weeks now it won't even let me log in and hasn't let me log in for about three days

App is very limited with only the basic functions available. The app also will often not let you log in due to various reasons. I have constant trouble with this app that I don't seem to have with other banking apps.

The original app worked great. A couple updates in and I would have to try multiple times to log in. Then, it would always bring back an authentication error. With this latest update I had to uninstall and reinstall just to get it to open, I had to input my bank number multiple times before it would take, and now it won't authenticate my password. I'm always having to use the desktop site just to check my banking. Quite frustrating.

This app is terrible for a Federal Credit Union, regardless of how small this bank is. Does not remember information at all. Half the times it won't let me make transfers. When your password expires it doesn't tell you why you are unable to log in. Hopefully they hire a real IT team to make an app.

Once again your app is not functioning after I updated my android.

The app keeps telling me to call the bank when I try to log in

Used it, loved it. For some reason 6/1/16 it just stopped working. Updated to Marshmallow operating system on Verizon Note 4. Fix it

The system has been unavailable for the last 3 days, I'm still nit able to view my account

This app would be tremendously better if you could make transfers to/from other bank accounts besides the one you're logged into. It would also be beneficial if EDeposits would be available like most of the other financial institutions offer.

If it had the ability to transfer to other peoples accounts. Just like on the website.

Great app for checking balances and transferring money. Please add check deposits function and then the app will be awesome.

App works great as described

Straight forward. Does exactly what it should do. Check balances, recent transactions & can transfer between accounts. How often do you need to do more than that, and when you do...... go to their website. Love it.
