I give this app 4 stars for two main reasons... No pain management low delta setting, and I dislike how some of the relaxation tracks start in alpha, and then bring you back to alpha state. Most people can get to alpha state, beta, and even high theta without much help. Plus, I hate having my mellow mood hyped up, if I have found a great "state of being," I don't want it interrupted

I've used binaural beats for almost a decade, and at first this didn't sound at all familiar. But after several sleeping sessions that reliably introduced active dreaming, I was sold. The oscillation tones create an additional aspect of disrupting otherwise common outer and inner sounds. The common relaxation technique of "focus on your breathing" takes on a new dimension as the familiar internal feeling creates a new externalized sound to focus on.

Easy to use. As an owner of a Photosonix Nova Pro 100 for many years I am somewhat familiar with the electronicly induced meditative states. My NP100 has needed some minor repair for while now so it's convenient to be able to run this on my phone.
