Well registration fails under trying to creat account i receive error code 503 no service im in el salvador our area code is 503 does this mean the application is useless or i mean i just want an app to use like a phone, I mean does the app work in all countries central america

Far too many problems. Can't edit accounts once created, crashes, bad interface design with a huge white space that's unused. I'm not sure why the pricing is as it is. For instance, I cant figure out why there's a separate charge for the cell version. Then I see in-app purchases and can't understand why an expensive sip soft phone doesn't include everything. Overall it is a terrible product, especially for the money. Edit: after using it with asterisk and comparing it to other products I have to revise my review to add that it is crap, and that I like the free csipsimple better, so though I paid money, I'm uninstalling this and moving to that.

Bria does not work on galaxy device. I emailed several requests from pavel@irlink.ru, got 1 reluctant response a week later and it is all, no support at all.

On video calls, video is upside down even rotating the tablet. I have been in contact with support for about a month and it still not working :(

I have bria phone app. Works great. Decided to use the tablet app on my note 2 running a custom rom with tablet mode. Bria requires me to pay for the same codec that I already purchased for the phone version. Woukd give 5 stars if the codecs were cross compatible. Seems like a money grab to me.

not worth it, I had to pay for the g729 license and the presence licenses again even when I have had purchased it before in my phone. Not a big improvement over the phone app. Stay away.

Hi thanks this is the only sip phone app that can handle moving between wifi points and in and out of vpn connection. I tryed to work with GroundWire but they said the vpn issue was my problem. I would pay$100 for this app. Kind Regards David

Hello I purchased the bria tablet app as recomended to work with a number I have hosted online . The calling is fine , but yesterday when I purchased the texting sms add on feature it wouldn't work. I called the support of the online account and they said the bria texting/sms  is not supported with bria . I purchased this feature last night and am wondering if im able to return it . Thanks . If you can help me get the sms to work that would be better . The online company does support sms but said it doesn't work with bria. Please

Website says those who bought the App can request a refund within 15 minutes of buying it. It wasn't working so I sent a refund request to all of Counterpath's email that I can find but until now I haven't heard from anyone.

I just bought the app for my Acer A501 10 inches tablet. I also have the app for my phone , cant seem to get the video working on the tablet. I have a grey box where my camera should be on the screen and the caller's video. Yes I also paid for the video feature. Please help as I had spend alot on your app to get testing done for a project. We bought all options of the phone version and that too is having issue with dialing the bria dailer I am prompted with my phone dailer or skype calling option. not able to call the sip ext. Bought desktop, smartphone, and tablet versions in hope of consistency but has proved very unstable on tablet (Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2). Managed to add one account but any attempt to go into settings causes crash and randomly crashes at other times. Shame.

As of Feb 2014 is crashes anytime I try to start it on my nexus 7. Useless until they fix issue. Will update when / if they fix it.

Great marketing but really poor software and support. Absolutely don't bother if your not on a supported device. On the ASUS TF300T especially as this app will crash the whole device.

Its a good app but very basic really. For the asking price I would expect a lot more. Plus you need the addons, then the smart phone version. Bit too much.... I would like to see exporting settings to sd.

Good tablet version of Bria, just needs video to complete it! Will add stars when it's available

What's the point without video? At least the standard edition has video that sort of works.

Stop wasting your time and find another SIP client. Doesn't work on Nexus 7.

This has less features (no sms) than the regular client, and costs more?

Cannot configure to use with Vonage correctly. Too expensive (in addition to monthly soft phone charges) to not be able to use.

The big value of Bria is that it is a cross-platform unified communications client. The tablet-version badly misses XMPP. It probably is on the roadmap though.

Bad UI design, few features and way too expensive.

For the cost of purchasing this app I get nothing in return except a program that continues to crash every time it loads and every time I attempt to make a call. Using Asus Transformer Prime T201. Hoped the update would work but sadly it had not.

The recent releases have really added value with availability of optional instant messaging, presence, and video calling. Still the best voip offering for Android tablets!
