This app, although would have been useful, doesn't work properly. If you log out and try to log back in again, it says your password is incorrect. Then, when you go to "successfully" change your password it keeps saying it is incorrect. I signed up because the city was offering free $20 credits after completing a survey. I hadn't seen the credit yet and I really don't care anymore, they can keep the $20 and perhaps try to fix this monstrosity of an app.

This app is terrible tried to log into my account says I forgot the password. Go to change it, tried logging with new password that I just changed says I don't have the right password. Don't expect much from this app, just awful.

- app (or site) should store credit card info, or at least billing info. Painful to have to fill it in each time I want to top-up - I always seem to have connection issues. - app should always be notifying me (app notifications) while I have an active session (I frequently forget to end my session) - one or two click top - up - easier way to continue session. If I am in a 2 hour zone, and 2 hours runs out and far from my car...I need to end/start a new session. But there's no easy way to know which zone my car is parked in. If I end, then forget the zone, I need to login to site and do a usage audit, get that by email just to get my zone. This needs to be easier. Aside from those asks, makes it so much easier to deal with parking in Calgary, really really great system guys.

Seems to work fine for me - great for parking and ending your parking sessions to minimize bills, super handy for when you're on the move and don't want to stand in line at the meter. Interface could use a little work, but pretty mild complaint and easy enough to accomplish what it sets out to do.

Want to maybe fix your app so people can actually sign in or change their password when it tells you some bs wrong password sign. Pretty much stealing money if you guys don't fix this up.

I have a balance on my account but the app will not let me log in anymore. Changed password but doesn't matter. Actually told me the password was the same at first. Basic functionality doesn't work. Worth than useless in this state.

Can't create an account because it doesn't give me the option to select my phone number. It says "please select a number" but the list is empty.

Lost my password. Trying to reset password and on the sixth attempt. I'm sure I've met all the requirements but the app keeps denying the new password that was successfully set up. Frustrating!!!!

deserves NO stars... steals your money after logging you out and not letting you log in again... STAY AWAY!!!!!

Garbage app can't put 2 licence plate if one is registered to another person like my gf. Lots of ppl have 2 or more cars in the family. Also preloading is awful and waste of time. Just charge the credit card like other systems similiar like paybyphone and epark

Awful!! Someone needs to fix this NOW!! Tried resetting password multiple times.... says it's successful then try to log in and it says error with user name and password! WTF??!!!

Can't beat the password creation boss . Password I'm entering is 17 characters long , various letters capitals , numbers , and symbols and that's "too simple"? Okay there ....

By far the worst app ever. Trying to set up is such a pain and very convoluted. Plus the whole add money first vs bill my credit card is such a stupid way of doing things... Take a page from the pay by phone app

I hate the payment system that you have to load money on the account and can't choose to pay each time you want to start a "session" and minimum payment is 25 bucks to load to the account well I barely go to downtown to use this amount so???? absolutely useless

Poorly designed for real world use. FYI a given licence plate can only ever be used by one user account but the system won't tell you that. It'll assign you MINE as a plate # (mysteriously intended as an error message). The city can then ticket you even if you think you've paid.

Ridiculous! Keeps showing that email ID is not registered even though I login all the time from the desktop version! Totally deleting this

Literally the worst app I've ever used. Not user friendly. Excessively complicated. Required a prepayment (this is 2017) . And spams, spams spams. Do not use. Do not download.

Minimum $25 must be added to the account is ridiculous when you're from out of town and only need $15 worth of parking.

The app won't even let me make an account. Says "Failed to create liferay user." What's a liferay?

Needs historic information - emailing a report is a ridiculous way to handle this.

It seems a license plate cannot be linked to multiple accounts. Why that restriction? Husband and wife needs to share the same account for sharing vehicles?

Terrible, way too complicated.

Works most of the time. But adding funds to an account is a whole 15 min procedure. This day transaction time should be faster.

Advice: skip and use the machines on the road. This app sucks.

Works much better than the dial in or the SMS. Also tracks your account balance so you know how much you just paid in the last session.

Could be improved to provide better functionality to end user.

Don't forget your password, have tried to reset it multiple times and doesn't work. Even tried waiting a few hours between, uninstalled and downloaded app again and still can't log in. It clearly has my new password saved because if I try to reset it again it says I can't use the same password as my current one. Beyond frustrating

Won't let me sign in. Have tried the password reset link multiple times, but it won't let me sign into the app. It has basically stolen all the money I had on account

If you forget your password and reset it, app won't work...

My Phone Number and Plate already exist in their system so I'm unable to add them to the APP. I had read the comments and heard that the app was useless... now I know that it is! Come on "Calgary Parking Authority" why do you prevent multiple people from having the same vehicle in their account? If I could rate this app as ZERO STARS ... I would.

I was in Calgary on vacation and downloaded and tried to sign up and it's just frustrating. PaybyPhone App is so much better, I use it in Winnipeg

Did anyone actually use this before releasing it? Has anyone from the city used other apps before ever in their life? This is crap.

Have you morons ever seen how works pay by mobile in rest of world? If you have not ask someone how looks like to send sms to dadicated number as premium sms and all done . You are bunch of morons trying to invent hot water.

Completely unusable. What a terrible app. I should have expected that it would be as bad as the website, but I had my hopes...
