COWON AutoCapsule SmartManager (AW1-AW2)
SmartManager has function of downloading files, live streaming and preference settings of AutoCapsule over the WiFi.
- Display recorded files by connecting to the AutoCapsule
- Display files which are downloaded previously, using SmartManager
- By using sharing function, user is able to upload downloaded file to YouTube or etc.
- Live streaming plays real-time screen of AutoCapsule
- Set up your own preference and check the status of AutoCapsule

As mentioned in other reviews.... App is still not picking up a Wifi signal. Not sure if the company has even begun extensive testing for androids latest operating system. Disappointed and will be the last time I buy from Cowon.

При, любом включении, капсулы - , время 01.01.2013 и настроить дату, чтобы показывало текущее - невозможно. Лишь, при повторном воспроизведении картинки на смартфон, начинает показывать и записывать текущее время и дату. Раньше такого не замечал.

First few tests: continuously ask for wifi (saying no internet connection), do not show anything, no settings, on live view, no saved files. After some time by going back and forth randomly (I think the right process may be ignoring the wifi alert first, then tap "auto capsule" then "live view", live view is functional. Showing saved files in "auto capsule ", not under "saved". Only played saved video in phone for the first 10 sec, after that sounds can be heard but image was frozen.

Continuously asks to connect to auto capsule,WiFi says it is connected, but never shows live view or anything. Horrible. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I used to love the quality of Cowon products. Not anymore!

I have Moto X (2nd Gen) 64gb Pure Edition with Android 5.0 Lollipop. App has WiFi connectivity issues in lollipop. In order for the app to recognize a connection I have to remove/forget the cowon-aw2 listed under WiFi connections every time I want to use the app and have it rediscovered and reenter the password. After 5 minutes the cam says it doesn't detect a user connected then shuts off WiFi. Wi-Fi is so slow it makes streaming or downloading video files impossible. Take my advice and DONT purchase this!

Upgraded to android lollipop and only get a black screen upon opening for about a minute. Issues locating the wifi signal as well.

A lot of bugs were fixed. It's a nice app, works well. Still not a great experience. When going to settings, it sends you to device wifi dialog, but you cannot go back. You must reopen the app.

Bluetooth on the AW1 device can't be turned on. So, this app is useless now. I can't find a customer support online.
