I cannot log on. Circle keeps going good round and round. Totally sucks!!!

There's no way to log in as a new user! This app was recommended by YL, and it doesn't even work?!

The features for android and iOS are different. They thanked me for pointing that out and promised an update mid January. Still waiting. Requested refund for months I didn't have features. Never addressed. Asked for full refund. No response. Responded other times timely but never with full answers and certainly not truths. Save your money.

I have not been able to log in to this app yet. I am very disappointed. I was hoping & looking forward to a good experience, I rarely pay $ for an app, this app has not changed my stand there.

Everything in this app is 100% compliant! It's so nice having a resource that takes the guesswork out of what I can say when I'm creating material for my team or shaing oils with others.

Can't login. No way to recover login information. No idea how to stop service and customer service is nonexistent. Website does not exist either as the domain is available to purchase! What a crock!

I love having all this info at my fingertips on the go! Also, thanks for continually adding new content. I'm loving the videos! Thanks Oily App!

I think this needs some more oils and more information about each oil. Cedarwood says "can assist in hair loss", which isn't the case. The sentence is structured as if it's saying it will help in hair removal. Maybe it should say "Can assist in hair regrowth" or something along those lines.

Please state in the app intro that you need an account, and how to obtain, or just charge for the app from the get go. I immediately uninstalled after trying unsuccessfully to log in with my YL wholesale member info.

Oilyapp serves an important purpose. As friends are introduced a new members, this app shows them how to quickly, easily, simply find solutions to issues, and new uses using only the oils they now have!!! Brilliant! It is the first stepping stone. It is nonintimidating and quick! Soon they will be expert users of their Psk, and they will be telling others how easy it is! That is the goal! Love it!

It would be nice to see oils added. Also the info provided on these oils are extremely basic. I almost regret purchasing this app

Asking for log in information but doesn't accept my YL info....

The app asks for your Young Living login and I type it in but it will not let me login. I can login on Young Living's website but for some reason cannot use login on app

It wasn't presented as only having the PSK oils. It is easy to use with an appealing and attractive appeal. It gives me the feel of a 101 uses app with less info than the handout.

Gave impression there would be lots more info with statement in description "jam packed info for newbie and experienced users". Information about the oils is vague and not really helpful only 10 oils. $2.99 yearly fee.

Good info for the PSK but what about the rest of the oils. I thought this would have way more info. If they add a lot of the other oils, it would be a 5.

I think it would be useful if all the oils were included, hopefully soon they will.

I also was under the impression that more oils would be covered with this. It's well designed but not very useful for me personally. I hope more information is added.

I am very disappointed in this app. This was promoted, and marketed as an app that would give quick info for all of Young Living's oils, but it only give very minimal information on the Everyday Oils collection that comes with the Premium Starter Kit. It's not worth paying for, when all this info is free on google. Not very happy at all about this, and I had such high hopes for this app.

Hope to see this app increase the number of oils covered. This is great for newbies but I wouldn't have paid for it if I thought it just covered the PSK.
