ManagersFirst Learning App

The ManagersFirst Learning App is designed to support new managers to develop leadership capabilities in transition to their new role through guided learning and practice.

The app has a curated learning pathway which consists of 18 weekly leadership topics that are relevant and fundamental to new managers. Each topic features one or multiple lessons with bite-sized content that can be completed within 10-15 mins each day. It is anchored upon a Learn-Do-Share structure, where managers (1) learn more about their new role and leadership knowledge, (2) do reflection, quiz or workplace learning activities to apply what they have learnt, and (3) share insights and tips with their assigned learning communities.

We believe that the Learn-Do-Share approach will help managers translate knowledge into action, deepen perspectives through social learning, and build confidence in them to lead others more effectively.
