Extremely slow. Often does not let you log in at all - the buttons are unresponsive. When you enter your credit card details it's a full width web page which requires horizontal scrolling, it's clearly just taking you to the desktop site. Very poor app.

Tried to top up and can't get past the login screen. I would assume it would keep me logged in like other apps. But so far this is useless and doesn't work.

Slow. Freezes. Always rejects 1st login attempt. Other than these issues it's great.

Slow and doesn't always sign in. Probably the worst app I have ever used. Unreliable and unstable. Looks like a rubbish old out of date Window phone interface. No one liked Window Phones that's why you can't buy them now.

White screen crash has been fixed. Still slow and too little feedback that actions taken are in progress, but at least it works again to let me check and top up my account

So slow and won't allow you to login and if it does it freezes and you can't top up. Horrible app. Uninstalled it

Good for linking to our payment system at work, however don't like the idea of storing your card /bank details. Link it to PayPal instead, for topping up, and it'd be great.

Below average because it is too difficult to find how to add a credit/debit card (not in settings/options as the help states but through clicking on balance tab), and it doesn't quit normallu but with a phone restart (Note 3).

Utter trash, will not let me login. Everytime i log in at the moment it says i need to change my password, so i changed, then it still continues to ask. If i try to do ANYTHING it just says "Ooops! Sorry! It looks like we have a problem.... Error has been logged and will be investigated" then i try to login again and just keep getting that message over and over, this has been happening for over a week. There is no number or contact that i can see to complain either. Sort it out! I can only think any review over 1 star was either bought or have never actually used the app passed installing it.

Won't load. Just a white screen. So much for the big launch at my place of work.

White screen will not start up on Samsung S6 Android and as my workplace has had way2pay points installed across the company dining rooms and vending machines which have been unreliable already it's unsurprising really ????%????

When I open the app I get a blank white screen with no option to log in. This is frustrating as I have funds I would like to access but they are now trapped. Please fix so I can access my money! UPDATE - I am not working presented with a DEBUG LOGIN and cannot sign in

Blank screen on startup. It's been like this for days now. I can't believe my employer, a respected IT company, is asking me to trust this app with my credit card details.

Still getting the blank white screen even though it's says here it's been fixed. Unable to access the money I had on there.

White screen on opening the app. My colleagues are having various other issues which I'm sure you'll be hearing about

Doesn't appear to work on Nougat, first install left a white screen on opening, second time just closes on opening.

First login always fails. Second login with same id and pwd works. Also at login I am asked if I would like to autologin next time (twice). Answered yes but does not work as every login needs id and password to be entered.

Clunky. Crashes a lot. Unavailable features are not hidden. Non standard UI. forgets my login details.... I could just about top up... so I guess thats something.

Incredibly slow. No indication that it's accepted your input when trying to do anything. You just have to wait and wait and then try again if nothing has happened. Gets there in the end is the only good thing I can say. Latest release has stopped remembering your login ID. Can this app get any worse?

It does the, barely, I would love an option to remember my details.

Never logs in, fails to down load data/history.

Can I suggest having the username remembered and pin entry for quicker and convenient login?
