Your old project, MobileOrg, supports Dropbox syncing, but this doesn't appear to. GDrive sync is needed too. Lacking in features, but looks promising.

The app is the best available, there could be better tools for editing and adding todos/files. Also the app creates a ton of empty commits.

Most features work as expected. Git requirement is a bit surprising (although not unreasonable). There are some crashes, and a lot of settings I would add, but it's a good start. Kudos!
