Photo centre no longer works since the new update. It times out constantly and then just stops working. I've tried 3 times now to upload photos and it crashes everytime. Used to be super easy and never had a problem... hopefully this is fixed soon!

I love the app, it's so convenient to just order pics from your phone, you don't need to put them on an sd card yet, you don't have to stand around at the store for ages figuring out which pics you want, you can just sit at home and order then from on you phone

Now I can print the pictures right away and not have to worry about my kids accidentally deleting them before I have a chance to download.

Huge improvements to the photo app. Much quicker than any previous versions. I regularly upload large amounts (one month worth - so hundreds - of pictures at a time) and it finally seems manageable with these new updates. Edited to add: the only thing missing is the option to import photos from Google Photos.

Loved uploading pics right after taking them and picking them up on the way home.

It keeps preventing me to login.

Can only upload about 10 photos at a time. Times out often.

Don't waste your time!! Tried multiple times and it always times out and fails.

Very easy to use.

Doesn't remember settings. It asks for your region every time you log in. It is like they haven't tried their own app before releasing it to the public. I expect better from a company like Costco.

Kept getting invalid email address (twice for two different addresses) during registration and that was enough for me...and I'm a paid up "member"....like Costo but not so user friendly app....too bad...great clip and shopping list, however

Getting pretty annoyed...twice I picked out pictures...edited and sized. When I go to upload the pictures it says it's downloading...for 12hrs!! Checked my photo status...nothing sent to my selected Costco...fix this please!!!

I liked the convenience of sending and ordering photos with my phone until I made some adjustments/cropping to photos (because the pics taken by my phone are longer than what would fit on a 4x6) and hit save. Well nothing saved and I wound up with like 10 pictures with peoples foreheads cut off or the sides of peoples faces cut off. Not impressed!

It was very convenient at first, then a lot of glitches happened. Like the App wasn't acknowledging that there was a Waverly Costco location. Very frustrating. I had to send pics to St. James Costco.

Could be better. I would like the app to remember the items in my cart if I exit. Also I can't edit pics..only resize.

It's very good. Though I wish we could order some specialty items through it. Maybe one day ☺

Ordered regular 4x6 photos no issues at all.

I am afraid to update to the newer version of of fear that the shopping features will stop working

It took me a few tries to get it done. Because sometimes I would go back to get more photos from a different file in my phone and the screen would go black. Other times I would go into my folders and only a few where available for me to see. And if my folder was big I would not be able to see every photo as I was going through the folder. I started the process last night so I could pick them up today, but I wasn't able to do it until today. And the process I started yesterday was all erased today.

Currently having issues with ordering. Putting in cart but once you start doing edits it crashes. Tried it in both my phone and tablet doing the same thing. Someone fix this bug.

Do a search for flour, you get flooring. Butter..7 items like peanut butter, no butter. Bread..8 items with bread as part of example: bread machine. But no bread. Dont waste your time here!
