I have seen such a worst app than other ones. Bank is good. But not expecting such app from them. Every time you have to accept terms and conditions and then after nothing happens. It exit application itself. I tried using my mobile number but it says your not registered with number. As I already got documents that your registration successful with email and mobile number. And here I'm getting you are not linked with account. Strange isn't it.
very bad.Multi state Bank and this bogus app. PLEASE HIRE GOOD PERSON AND DEVELOP APP.. SEE OTHER BANK APP AND DO LIKE THAT.
Need to upgrade your app... And also to upgrade mobile banking infrastructure... Just check out with other mobile banking applications.. Need to upgrade it for UPI support..
Plz before updating the apps plz recheck each functions. Thre app does not tk special characters in the transaction password. Plz fix this error. ASAP
Bad App, need improvement. I have transfer some amount to my other bank account. It show that your transaction decline, but payment already transfer to my other account. Need mobile passbook & utility bill payment.

Dear Customer,Your mobile number and IMEI do not match. Please try with second sim slot if you are using dual sim phone.TX ID XXXXX.. Tried swapping of sim card physically and by sim card manager setting also...but no use....developer fix it ASAP..Please revert
There are lot many bugs in this app for e.g. I can't delete registrated payee account or while payment I can't found account details !
This is bad thing i cant login if i change cell phone every thing i need to update from the branch this is very poor

It sends unnecessary msgs and balance gets deducted from our mobile balance..In spite of selecting gprs option and not sms option.

Please have a look to other bank apps and update your app accordingly, no option for transferring funds to cosmos to cosmos and also no option for NEFT , imps transactions can't be tracked in statement. So please upgrade banking app.
Transection password error to be fix as it can only accepts 8 digits. Lots of bugs are there
This is the one of the worst app I have ever seen.
I am finding very difficult as no.of mails are sent to Customer Care but no response.My problem is that initially mobile banking was working OK.Suddenly while transfering funds,curser stopped moving ahead after 4-5 words.Still I completed typing TXN password (Eventhough curser was not moving) and surprisingly funds were transfered.(2) I am continuously getting messages that my mob.app.version is old one.(mine is 4.4 of 01.10.2014)) No response to my mail whether this version is correct or if it is incorrect,what is new version . (3) I changed my MPIN.I got message that it is changed successfully. When I tried to use it I started getting message that MPIN is invalid. Now it is blocked because I tried invalid (?) MPIN 3 times. Many times I talked to the concerned but no use. God knows who will solve this problem
I am getting problem, it is always showing your mo.no. is not linked with your account. Where as i always get sms from bank on same no. What to do. pl solve
This app is useless as we cannot login anytime as it gives error as ur mobile is not linked to ur account. But when u login through browser we will get OTP. Disgusting
I recently found that you need to add beneficiaries again in ur app. They don't get pulled from ur net banking account. Developers should solve this problem. Bank Apps of other banks are perfectly linked to ur account. Where as in this app if you want to make a transaction you need to again add a beneficiary even if you have added it in ur net banking account. I think This problem must be solved. @IB Team.. awaiting revert.
App is not properly tested, UI look like 1970's...Bank authority should look into this seriously because mobile banking is helpful for there customers...
Recently I have changed my handset and after downloading app, showing my no and imei no does not matched.
It always shows me your mobile number is not linked with account number....please try to fixed this bugs...
Help line staff is not well trained they are given very unsatisfactory reply. If possible please appoint well trained staff. Even I have not received any reply to my mail. Always show your version is old ,
Says mobile number not linked to ur account so cheap..... They should first update their data system n then release the app
Every time said your mobile no imei not matched. If we compare to other bank app its too poor.

App crashes for me when i try to do a imps transfer to a registered payee. It closes abruptly without any error message
Restarting automatically and saying u r using old version,even if no updates available on play store. No easy access to select the channel of operation. Either improve or withdraw the service.

I found it works only 1 time in 100. App do not start after accepting T & C. Luckily you get enter to login page It closes during login without any message. Very basic views. Doubt about security.
