Spanish Verbs Sea Game

Initially I was confused on how to use it. Instructions would be helpful but apart from that it is a fantastic way to learn verb conjugations instead of having to learn by rote. It makes it easier to know verbs that you haven't seen before by using the same rules. I use this along with Duolingo as an essential tool in learning Spanish

I'm doing another language course to learn Spanish and wanted other offline options. This is a good one. I feel confident I can match the verb form to the correct person or people. The one thing that would be helpful is if they'd keep the English definition of the verb on the working screen so you connect that with the Spanish floating by.

Helpful, but there's definitely room for improvement. 1, I would appreciate a way to mute music and effects permanently. 2, recordings of the words being pronounced properly would greatly increase effectiveness. I would be willing to pay for this feature. 3, after getting a new phone, I lost progress... With all of that said, there isn't a better comparable app on the market (surprisingly, as it doesn't seem like the programming would be difficult).

Right away I got hooked. I was amazed at how quickly I started picking up on the basic pattern for conjugated verbs with zero previous review. It's so fun to play I have to convince myself to put it down n sleep! Lol. Excellent!

To learn a language like Spanish you must know the verbs and the only way to do that is repetition. This game makes that otherwise boring process amusing. I give it five stars because it actually works! My conjugation and memory have improved. For free! It's ad driven but they aren't obtrusive or obnoxious.

At first glance, the app looked childish, but it had good reviews, so I decided to try it. I am an intermediate Spanish speaker, but drilling the verb tenses is always useful. This app works really well for that. It has a lot of verbs! I was impressed. I only wish there was a paid version, too, that was ad-free. I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Hopeful that the developers will also continue to add more tenses.

Eh. Verb conjugations. Everyone knows how tedious learning them can be but this game puts a fun, fishy twist to it. Annoyingly repetitve which is just perfect because it's exactly what you need to learn and retain. A great app that has me hooked. Thanks!

Really great way to learn. I covered up a lot of words and it removed my confusions over them by just playing this game. Which books didn't cover. :) Please make some more of such games for other things in Spanish please. It really does help students/learners.

Verb conjugations are the hardest part of languages and the only way to master them is intense repetition. If you want to leap ahead in your Spanish progress you have to use this game. There is no more efficient way to do it. So glad to have this game.

This app is simple marvellous. It has really helped me to understand verbs in my Spanish learning. I get it out everytime I find myself with a few minutes to spare and actually enjoy playing it. A great App. And crucial for me in my learning.

I will give it five stars when you are able to have the option to turn off learning the Vosotros conjugation. I will never be going to Spain, so I don't want to waste my time learning that conjugation.

Wonderful way to practice verbs. The colors are a little difficult to read, particularly the yellow. Not enough contrast. Would like to see it made for PC.

I think this game is excellent for learning all the verbs in the main tenses, however I think it could be improved. After every five verbs you have learnt it would be good to have a review of all 5 verbs. E.g. after the section of the 1st five verbs: ser, estar, tener, hacer and poder, the game could test the player of all the verbs differently conjugated and have to solve 100/100.This would ensure the learner knows all five verbs well before moving on to the next five verbs. Makes it more interesting too.

Congratulations to the developer. A great app. It has made something I found tiresome and was not very good at into an entertaining and effective learning process. I just wish that I could do it in landscape and not just portrait mode.

Let's face it, all us English speaking people need to learn Spanish verbs to speak well. This program provides fun practice that will help you know the most commonly used verbs in a way you won't forget. You will gain confidence in using this program as well as having fun with it.

This game is great. I actually loved it when it was only present tense. It helped me to get a better grasp of the conjugation patterns This is worth even paying for if more tenses and moods were added as well.

But I don't like that I can't to it out of order. My Spanish program is teaching me conversation with certain verbs in all different tenses and I would like to learn those as I go along. It would be a great paid app opportunity and I look forward to them adding this feature!

It is a good concept but it is boring because all the levels are the same. Just look at the screenshots. It has potential to be better because the graphics/theme is fun.

So happy I came across this gem of an app!! I hope you come up with more.

Very simple, but repetitive and effective. Would be even better if you were able to add in more verbs yourself

It's exactly what you need to memorize verb forms in efficient and not boring manner. Looking forward to developers adding more tenses in this app, more than just 3.

Great game! But just as a suggestion add a voice to the answer as you get them right so you can hear the correct pronunciation of each word. Then it would be perfect!

WTF, how about a description or example of what you are supposed to do. Dumbest program I have EVER seen. Let's throw you in, get 100% wrong because you can't give any structure to start. If you want me to just memorize give me a list, idiots.

I'm hooked. Learning the conjugations has never been so easy. I practice every night!

I think it could be a little more game like... After first 5 levels, get the "boss" level which are the first 5 verbs ... Love it

Fun and easy way to practice and reinforce verbs in their various tenses. Would be even better if pronunciations were given as the selections were being made! Thanks! ps: LOVE that it works OFFLINE

Even though this looks like it was designed for young children, it works well for adults trying to learn verb conjugations.

Loved it. It is a must have for every beginner learner of Spanish. I definitely recommend it. Best of all it's free!! :)

This is a great game to help me learn the verbs. I enjoy playing 5-10 minutes a day as part of my Spanish learning.

Only wish that there was one or two more songs added that rotated other than that download and learn.

Past tense unlocks after 20 present levels so dont worry. Very good game
