It did the job as a local headline app. News "stories" are barely more than a quick quip. The listen feature was the best part, but you lost me with the location permission in this update.

The forced video on launch is extremely frustrating. You cant just close the screen, the video pauses so youre FORCED to endure it. When the app crashes or you accidentally navigate away for a moment, you MUST endure the video again.. and again... and again... I like to listen while im at work and i dont have the time to stop, restart the app and hold my phone for ANOTHER 15 seconds. My employer sees me doing this and he just assumes im facebooking. it actually causes me to shut it off often.

Drives me nuts that I have to listen to the sedation dentistry and park 2 go commercial every goddam time I start this app

To the advertisements for Arbour Lake dentistry and park to go is the most annoying part. Who really cares for sedation dentistry or park to go? When i want news, I want it NOW, not on 30 seconds

Not sure if it is my cell phone provider but the listen live feature cuts out about every five minutes. Then I have to press the listen button again to get it to reconnect. Then 5 minutes layer it stops again. Also agree with getting rid of the video add at the start. On numerous occasions I have accidentally touched the screen and launched the associated link. Drives me crazy.

Notifications about breaking news stories don't provide a link to the actual story on the app so that feature is useless.
