I used to love this app for my daughter to watch her shows when we were out. Because we are out so often, I got rid of our cable television at home, because it became something that we paid for but never really used. No we are longer able to use the app. I REALLY wish there was an option to subscribe directly to the app to access the content. I would be willing to pay a small monthly or yearly fee so my child could still view her favourite shows

Can not delete shows from the back pack and it says there is no space left to download shows. Tried everything and I'm very frustrated. Also, shows expire too quickly!

Chromecast support would be nice. Little ones can't really hold a phone for very long without pushing buttons, and being able to put it on the TV instead would be far more convenient. That said, I'm able to get into shows and watch them fine on the phone. So it works.

This use to work fine my my galaxy s7 and now it won't even load past the first page and just goes black. Disappointing as my kids love this app.

Still takes forever to download episodes to the backpack. If I want to waste data I'll use youtube.

app won't allow me to watch any videos. saying it has a problem with authorizing any video, try again. doesn't work

OIt's Disappointing that you don't have My little pony , you had on treehouse for 2 years , and now you removed my daughter favorite show , don't worry I'm not mad at you , I just want you too add My little pony #BringMLPBack , lol my daughter is hitting me now , oh and stop copying CN , Locking shows for cables.

Doesn't play videos. Emailed them. No response. Deleted app. Don't download. Not worth the hassle.

It's OK. But the download feature doesn't work for me. Kinda upset about that. Yes I watched the tutorial and no there's nothing in my backpack right now and yes I have the updated version. When I get into the download screen it says to drag shows to the backpack but everything is dull and non selectable. All it does is slide through the episodes. And that's not just with one show its all of them. ????

I have treehouse with rogers but the app says i don't. Irritated

Have yet to even be able to open the app. It keeps crashing. We would love to be able to use it.

Perpetually crashes. Impossible to ever open. What a piece of junk.

I moved like 7 episodes to backpack and only 2 show in the backpack but it shows in settings or whatever all the shows. Yet I can only watch 2 out 7 that I downloaded...

Crashes every time we try downloading an episode for offline viewing. Beyond that it's great for the kids to watch their favorite episodes.

This app is a good premise allowing people to use their cable accounts to access on demand programming instead of having to sign up for a alternative service like Netflix. Unfortunately it is annoyingly riddled with glitches. I always got a "video error" when trying to use the backpack function. I am uninstalling this app until quality improves.

I installed this app on Android and iOS devices and experienced the same issues with inconsistent and slow downloads (my internet speeds are 150mbps) and issues involving playback. It's not worth the frustration.

When it worked my kids loved it. But then I moved cancelled service and then opened cable service again but now it won't work or let me log in with my new information. Saying I am not subscribed to treehouse but I am. Disappointed.

This app closes over and over again. We can't even get through 2 minutes without it closing and getting the error message that the app has stopped responding. It would be a really great app if it actually worked. Two thumbs way, way down.

Crashes often, video player frequently does not work. Great content but the crying child when his show won't work left me deleting this. Not worth your time.

The whole reason I downloaded was to keep my toddler entertained in a 5hr flight only to learn, it doesn't work with no internet connection! Useless!

Apps does work offline. Pretty pointless if you for long car trip with Youngs kids

I have this app on my phone. I've been trying to get it on my daughters new Samsung tablet and it keeps saying it can't be installed on my device or SD card even though there is tons of space for it. What the hell

It never stops installing...what should I do?
