Intuit Field Service for Android
Every time I open it and try to do non primary work it closes and restarts. Fix this please, our company pays a lot of money to you!!!
We have been using Intuit Field Service Management for QuickBooks for one year and "We Love it". It is one of the best Field Service Management service we have found. We have tested many others over the last 15 years this is the Best of All we have found. Try it for 30 Days you will Love It! We also use the PM module. Usage: Large Commercial Mechanical Contractor. What We Don't Like: Please make it so it Sync the QuickBooks Invoice Templates or Give an Option to Edit the Invoice Templates & Work Order Print Template under Setting. Please also provide sync option with Outlook or Google Calendar for Service Call Schedule. Urgent: Picture's under the note does not have zoom capabilities. This should be an easy fix. Take a picture in the note and than try to read the information on it you will see what i'm talking about.
App frequently crashes. Contacted customer service only to be told there is nothing wrong with the app and it must be my phone. Yet I have no issues whatsoever with any other app running on my phone. Moral of the story lazy customer service people lose you clients
This is just what we needed. The only thing I would change is the ability to add jobs in the field to existing customers.
I'll change my review as soon as you guys fix the email situation. When i email an invoice to a customer or myself so i can print it out for the customer sometimes it takes 20-30 minutes for the email to send.
FSM is a great tool for any service and/or dispatch business. The mobile app works great in most areas. But when we can't get reception, the app will remember and download the information when we are back within service range.
It takes a looooong time to find location each time we start, complete or pause a work order. This is extremely frustrating and makes me want to throw the phone.
Easy to use, straight forward software for creating, scheduling, and managing your work orders that seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks
It has it ups and downs. Nothing good or bad to say.

Used this app for almost a year and we switched to a competitor and we are coming back. This software is easy to use and manage from the tech in the field to the service manager to the office staff.

Intuit has no problem taking your subscriptions and billing you, but when it comes time to cancel or update your subscriptions, its nearly impossible to talk to someone who can speak fluent English and nobody seems to be properly trained. Kept getting passed on to another customer rep who didn't know anything or say its Corrigo's problem! It has been a complete nightmare. I will probably have to have my credit card canceled just to get out of it. DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!! Corrigo would be better off administering the subscriptions. Also, there is no simple way to print invoices for your customers. Corrigo's brilliant solution is having to send the invoice to your own email on your phone and try to print from that. All the time you think you saved with going paperless is wasted.

I can create work orders on the field from my phone, accept payments for work done and never have to use paper again!! I also get alerts for work coming up! Great app

Just installed this app on my Kyocera Duraforce and also on the Kyocera Brigadier. Nice and rugged, app runs quickly!
Really needs "pick up and en route" ...a more user friendly interface would be nice...I'm hvac tech...and I would like the ability to upload video
I own an It Support company and have been using Corrigo Field Service management since 2007 B.I.P. (Before iPhones). Awesome app, really helps me manage my service business much more efficiently, we have ZERO paperwork (Other than clients who pay by check), we get paid more quickly with CC transactions, bolts right in to my Quickbooks accounting software....that right there is worth every penny AND I can GPS my people with no extra service charges. If you manage facilities or assets you should also check out their Corrigo Net Mobile product or you can use the service contract add on..
I can no longer find team work. This is a big problem as I can not see where other people are. Please fix this!!!

Absolute crap. Who wrote this app? Better yet, who okayed this to be released? Little stuff like no capitalization in the work done field is one thing, but when you try and as a photo from your gallery to s work order the app crashes. Come on! Why even offer this as an option if you're not going to bother to make it work?
Please give us the access to adding customer locations as well as individual customers!!! Thank you and keep up the good work
Allows me to process work orders, check job status, dispatch calls, etc. from outside the office!
Fast way to getmy workorders
It has been great having our field techs able to receive the work orders and complete there tickets without us having to enter them in the computer system. Once you learn the all features it work pretty well.
even worse after last update. crashes constantly will not let you sign on is the worst crap ive ever used.
I started using this app with a Blackberry and I really liked the features that came with but hated the network and the platform I was using it on. I started using it on Android and was really hoping it would have the same features, i.e. ability to create a work order, search work orders, reassign work orders, customer history, etc.. however was extremely disappointed that it has yet to be updated to include these features. Until they do an update, I will be looking up another similar system that will have everything and will be a lot cheaper.
Needs options under different categories, like I need option to select "todays" in category "waiting for pickup" so I don't have to view all waiting to pick up
Freezes constantly! Have to delete and redownload!
Needs to have the ability to create a new work order... or i jus havnt figured it out yet... lol
App constantly locks up, drains battery with no option to kill gps tracking. Highly considering changing our business operations system based off how much time this waste with intuit.
Love this app. Works well for techs in the field.

Try FieldAware, switched to this and it is 5 years behind. Might be good with book keeping, but as a tech it SUCKS to work with.
