NT REGO is the free official NT Government app for your smartphone/tablet helping you check the registration of an NT registered vehicle and securely manage your NT vehicle registration. You can also:
Check your registration and set a reminder – you can check the registration status of any NT registered vehicle by entering the plate number and set your own reminder for when renewal and inspections are due.
Renew your vehicle registration – enter the transaction number from your courtesy registration reminder renewal notice to securely renew your NT vehicle’s registration.
Renew your licence - enter the transaction number from your courtesy licence reminder renewal notice to securely renew your NT drivers licence.
Change your details - using your transaction number or other information you can submit a request to change your home and postal address, phone number and email address.
Find your nearest Authorised Inspector– find your nearest Authorised Inspector (local mechanic) to conduct your vehicle inspection if needed for registration renewal, and call them from the app.
Submit inspection reports to the MVR - using your device's camera.
Locate MVR offices – locate MVR offices closest to your home or business.

Every time it updates or I reboot my phone I lose the notifications I have set for my vehicles. I was this " " close to being out of rego nd it's only because I went hmmmm I'm sure it's due around now that I was really lucky and caught it in time. Fix the issue and you get 4 stars. Have where it remembers me and my vehicles and you get 5 stars.

The reminders DON'T work. There is no capability to retrieve your transaction number through this app, i had to go back to my original renewal email. They don't have a feedback/features link. It could be a great service but it is lacking in its quality.

With a great interface, this application does it what it says and provides information on one's registration and inspection status... It is a little un-nerving that so much information is available to anyone with my registration number, but that's the world we live in I guess. It's not clear if reminders for multiple vehicles are supported or not, and it would be better if the MVR site was mobile-optimized, but otherwise this is worth installing.

I set reminders for all our vehicles. Then when one of the regos was due for renewal I realised I hadn't received a reminder. When I went on app to check, all my reminders are gone! Makes this app pointless, very disappointed as I originally gave this app 5 stars. I also contacted the mvr direct with the issue and got nil response; normal nt government practice.
