Corouter Connect as proposed will enhance the recruitment process along with better collaboration between students and college.
Using Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Data Analysis, Connect tries to identify the best talent within a college irrespective of their background and enrolled course and presenting this statistics data to companies looking for such talent and ready to offer high value packages to students.

The process of recruiting a handful of students from a pool of thousands of students in a college is just like giving a blind shot into the dark.

Method: We talked to various corporate HR professionals (just like we did with college placement department) and heard their problems. The one that they were most concerned about is judging and selecting a student without considering their academic background. They said that academic background is a just a filter we put up in order to minimize the pool of students to interview.

Well, we are still increasing the ways of analytics in Point 2 (Analyzing students’ performance and monitoring their professional standards), but the current system is itself so rock solid that it is capable of popping the gems out of pool of students.
