Made a purchase, staff say out of stock, ask for refund, say must email them, email them, no reply. Money gone, should call themselves Scam-E. Highly recommend people who got scam to made a case report to prevent more people getting scam.

Cant access app infinite loading

Need to fix the Ask PlayE as the session ended when I submit to ask a question.

Makes me wonder everyday why can't I give zero star for a review. Then it dawn on me that this app actually deserve some praise, it actually helps me save money by not allowing me to buy games.

Ordered a game labelled as available, only to find out it is out of stock at the retail store. Empty promises made by the app of getting you the game the next day. Fix this faulty process flow, and stop masquerading as a remotely useful app.

The app is badly done, especially the preorder section because some game only have 1 edition for u to preorder, can't choose other edition. PLAYe is so inflexible because refunds only can be transfer to PLAYe store credit and not to my bank account.

It freezes everytime i open it

Things added to wishlist disappears randomly or doesn't add. Games list outdated and missing a lot of titles. Too many other pointless features when main storefront doesn't work. Notifications will not clear on Android. I installed it to track games and to preorder the Switch as directed by a store owner. But the app can't even do that much. Please tell your stores to stop harming your own business by driving customers to an app likely to cause loss of sales. If your shops can't give me a simple answer to when I can preorder a console, I will take my business elsewhere.

I chose to uninstall the app because I rather go down to the shop and made my own purchase. At least at the shop, I get members discounts or special deals. PLAYe app has lost its points ever since they stop offering promos, discounts or special give away. Now its just another online platform that takes up space and bandwidth within my mobile device. An online app platform is meant to entice customers to use their system to make purchases with special promos, discounts or offers. Aside from that, the app tends to load slower with each updates. And although I have clear all notification within the app, on my home screen I still witness a badge saying there is a notification. The unsightly badge prompt me to uninstall the app. Till you guys decided to have special offers, discounts or promos, I will rather walk in to a shop of my choice and choose the game.

It always stop responding every time i open it. Whatever it is pleased fix this problem if not how am i supposed to get the limited edition or deluxe edition at this point.

Apps used to give cashbacks on weekends or buying certain games. I always bought lots of games and consoles during that time. But now a bit useless except for buying pre order items only. Price more expensive than member price.

Keeps crashing, cant register account, takes forever to load. Faster to go store physically to order. 1/5

PLS add the free $10 playe credit wallet back every weekend and PLS fix the bug that causes the app to restart every time I try to press a tab on the browse menu

There is no preorder option for playstation vr and ended up accidentally paying in full instead of $100 deposit.

Most items they hv r not sold in the app. Its improving n i love the deals they hv at times..but the bad points trumps the good point which is nothing. Just look at other reviews.. ive install and uninstall it many times to give it chances but its a bad app. Their Store is better in comparison

Unable to update profile

App has some bugs to be ironed out. 1. Unable to change birth date under profile settings. 2. Unable to change country code and country in address/delivery settings. 3. Slightly slow to load. 4. Unable to filter games by platform. Please extend promotions until bugs are sorted out.

Loading of products is a pain in the a$$! U shld take a leaf from carousell n see how smooth their sliding up n down of products is. The loading time when scrolling is killing the shopper experience n in return killing ur own business.

Store, deals and shop OK but app sucks. Slow, doesn't allow you to stay logged in. Unread message counter on app icon doesn't reset .... Not linked to website / old Qisahn site ...

I bought a product off the app to be picked up in the physical store. Sent a friend down to pick it up and they downloaded app. My app shows my order is shipped while her app shows order has been picked up. Staff didn't claims to not even have our order information. TLDR: Bought a product, paid, never received and wasn't offered a solution. Stay away, money cheats.
