HKTaxi - Taxi Hailing App (HK)

係中環叫過海的士，apps落要求行紅隧。有司機接單之後打黎，話紅隧好塞，問我行唔行紅隧，我當然唔同意，同返佢講要行紅隧，大家唔同意，收線，司機取消我張單。我個下r哂頭，明明要求左紅隧都打黎問。唔係好happy，我都廢事再call，張單禁左喊面，仲差啲想報告問題司機。好快有HKTaxi CS員工打黎問我點解有不愉快，我講返上面呢個經過。CS回覆話佢哋既記錄入面我呢張單無任何特別要求。我同CS講我好肯定我有落行紅隧呢個要求，佢就再強調佢見到記錄入面我張單無呢個要求，即刻再問我有無其他問題。咁講法我都無其他野好講，就同佢bye bye。 彈：Apps／系統無準確記錄／傳遞俾司機我嘅call車要求。 讚：有CS快速及主動call back。 讚：CS強調佢記錄入面我張訂單係無特別要求，幫司機澄清左司機係無辜。 彈：其實你個位CS員工(佢表示佢叫Alex)打俾我做乜姐？見你哋咁主動打黎問feedback，我就詳細咁同你講個經過。我講完我個case，你就話你記錄點點點。我再講清楚啲點解我咁肯定我有落要求行紅隧，你就再回我，話個記錄真係顯示無要求，跟手即刻問我有冇其他問題。喂其實你覆個官腔，例如話會反映一下俾apps development既同事咁都ok呀，因為本身呢個case只係call唔到車，我無損失，CS打俾我個一刻都真係無乜嘢可以做到。但我花時間俾feedback你哋，我感覺就係換黎俾你個CS同事投訴返我轉頭。再者，我見Play Store都不時有類似呢啲落左要求但係又無記錄既review，都即係幾有可能個apps有bug。Apps有bug又有乜出奇？唔通集體報同樣假案玩你哋？會主動接觸用家既CS係少見，但主動主動接觸用家去鬧用家既CS真係第一次體會。

Started using this because of the English update and it's great. Efficient and easy to use.

呢個apps 基本上function 唔錯, 不過可惜成日無的士, 唔知係的士網絡唔夠多車, 定因為司機勁揀客(呢個都係事實), 十幾分鐘七十幾蚊嘅車程就算再加$10 tips都成日無人接, 返工時間可以話無用, 唔通真係要搵Uber好過?

I wrote down remark for cross harbour tunnel taxi but the taxi driver said there's nothing in the remarks.....been a few times....please check the system

I have ordered an cross Harbour Taxi and marked down the special request as well. But the driver charged me return tunnel fares and the driver show me his phone there is no special request marked on the order.

Easy to use

The taxi driver charged me for the return fare of harbour tunnel crossing whereas everyone has the understanding the call taxi would normally for one trip fare. So better watchout for these kind of cunning drivers.

星期日的早上5時多，打開app後很快有司機回覆，等車時間約5分鐘，用後感頗滿意。另外值得一讚是熱線電話服務，迅速接通，客服人員態度有禮。

我老公終於可以自己Call車啦!我地住舞雷公咁遠， 用咗你好幾次，每次都有車。非常感謝!

I've been using this app a few times and it's really fast and efficient! A cab driver will pick up my job in less than a minute and the cab will arrive in 5 mins!

用過兩次，每次一分鐘都唔使就有車覆，司機又好人。正!

Can mostly get taxi driver response in a min, except in rush hour.

司機素質差，好幾次了經歷都類似。

How can this app still not be available in English, in a city like Hong Kong. Especially since it's been available on iOS for quite some time. Should not take too much effort. Will update rating when English is available.

介面幾靚，好似gogovan甘即時睇到車嘅位置，5錯。但我睇5到有預計車資功能，希望有埋車資預計。UI design is quite good. I particularly like the real time taxi locator. Other than time estimation, developers should add fare estimation. Of course, developers should have provided english version for foreign users.

Why in earth do you want to gave access to my contacts and my media files? To commit fraud maybe??

It's been promised for almost a year. Is this app dead? Which one should I use?

Location of taxi cannot be shown sometimes.

Why is there no English option? Get with the times.

My sister highly recommended this app. Found out in iOS have English version. Will be useful for me as I cannot read Chinese well. Thanks!

Please consider adding widget support to activate a prefilled profiles in the app. This save a lot of time as i use the app for the same place every week. This also very useful for elder which can not operate an app. So one click on the widget can call a taxi is very useful for elder.

I saw an ad of the app on a taxi which claims that this app is in both Chinese and English. Talk about false advertisement :(

The upgraded version allows you to view where the driver is located make everything transparent. Install and use this apps and you may earn a free ride on Tesla like me

Temarks is not working on the upgraded version, very annoying

新版本界面變得更華麗，但反應明顯較之前慢了，新功能也不太有意義

Call 唔 call 到都好快會覆，新介面靚左，有誠意，好用，希望keep住進步

兩年來嘟只係用呢個call車app… 因為、非常滿意！
