This app has never worked on my device (Samsung Galaxy S5). I have downloaded it after updates, after phone rest and had no luck.

The android app will not let you create activities under service calls or utilize half of the options needed for me to create tickets for my company. IPhone app seems to function ok but not everybody uses iPhones. Please fix!!!!!!!!!

To slow, not user friendly. Doesnt always sync with SAP. No shortcuts. Cant search for abreviations, must type out full names... etc...Alot of room for improvement required!!!

Every time i try and update, the app freezes and usually crashes my phone. If it does update, it takes 45 min. Our company is mostly Android users, so we will not invest any further in this, until they fix this app. I had to use a file manager to delete the 1gig residual files then reinstalled. Updated now but still takes 45 Min
