Realist needs to hire someone to make an app that works... I installed it couple of times, reboot my phone etc. etc. It does not work.

Work for me with no problems.

Downloaded the app and noticed my battery life dropped drastically in the first 8 hrs. I hadn't even logged in and it had burnt through 17% of my battery, the second highest usage, screen being the most. Went from 76% to 26% in 7 hrs. 20 min. Removed this vampire immediately!!

It use to work great???? What happened?

This app has just very basic info about ownership only. No sales, no mortgage info so don't expect much.

Says my username and password are invalid....how do I know what it is if it's not my mls login credentials.

Can't open vacant land data even though you can find it on owner search

Tried login in and says my credentials are not valid. Please explain how to log in. I called CRMLS custumer assist and got a little worried since they said they don't have a Realist Tax app affiliated yet... not sure what to think!

It's a little bit clumsy but I can do things with it so...

I just got a new phone and have decided not to install this app. It was very SLOW (my old phone was an LG G2), it constantly was asking me to login again, and it made my phone HOT to the touch. I would close the app and would get notifications hours later saying that Realist was using a large part of the power and it suggested shutting down the app (which didn't show in my Windows of current open apps). The only solution I found was to reboot the phone. Too bad, because it was a great tool when it worked.

Waste of time

Can't log in. Uses gps and doesn't exit and drains battery.

I am a licensed real estate broker in NY. It appears to work only for members of an Mls. It works perfectly. Gives a ton of information.

Uninstalled after several months. I didn't realize how much it drained my battery until I looked at the usage meter. Battery would go from 80-90% at night to 25-30% in the morning. Not worth it.

Wouldn't let me log in with my credentials. Wouldn't let me close the app. Uninstalled it less than an hour after installation. I need things that work FOR me, not make my work harder!

Can't login

Cant sign in, activates my GPS and then won't let me exit the app. If the app doesn't work with certain phones, it would have saved many people BIG headaches if you would have stated such info.

To everyone saying they can't log in: Access Realist through the MLS on your desktop PC. On the home page (at least on my MLS) there is a link in the top right corner "Realist Mobile". Click that to go through the registration for the mobile app. Then you will be able to log in. UPDATE: Even when force closing, app accesses GPS NONSTOP and kills battery. I uninstalled it. The functionality of the app is good, but the flaw kills it.

Valuable tool . Very slow to load; 10 minutes. needed lap top then they emailed my Android and it works. Take the time!

I called core logic and needed to explain that they had a moble app for realtors and end users. They didn't seem to know about this at all!

Awful!

Horrible app. Can't sign in, won't recognize login info, and then won't allow you to exit app. It also activates the GPS. This thing is an absolute joke, on you! Uninstalled within minutes.

Asks for username and password but it won't recognize mine. No place to sign up? Is my FMLS password valid?

It's amazing how this comes out before an actual app to search houses on the MLS. Get your priorities straight Poor Logics!

Sigh, another turrible app for real estate agents. Un installed almost immediately as it wouldn't let me log in even after verifying my credentials.

Nexus 5 Works great except destroyed my battery time. Up to 60% useage. Battery lasted only about 4 hours, I uninstalled. Not worth it for me.

When in the field usually don't need too much info and this app is perfect for property info, mapping, etc. So far works great with my Galaxy S III

Works as intended

I keep getting the error message "Application Requires Working Data Network Connection. Please check your internet settings. ???? I have an unlimited data plan and wi-fi.???

What can I say this doesn't work. States my password and username are wrong but both are correct. When I'm not on wireless network, states I need a cellular data plan which I already have active.

I really love this! Would be nice if it could email or share info though
