Using the app you can:

Used the app to book a taxi. Taxi driver over charged me by £5 he was not registered to Trafford was from rossendale council, would of expected a Trafford driver also his speed was dangerous. Had no response from passenger cars management will never use again.

Thus app is good shame the taxi drivers who use it are not. They clearly can't read a map tell the time or use the app maybe it needs bigger font.And telling me your stuck in traffic!!!! It has a map I know you were parked up having a brake making me late good skills.

On Friday we ordered a taxi and it turned up early. Explained we weren't ready and in reply we got 'hurry up and if you're 1 minute late I'm going' Ended up cancelling and put in a formal complaint which got no response from at all. Have used this company for years and on the whole they have been good but really let themselves down this time.

Whan advance booking for a certain time book it for 10 mins b4 u need it also unfortunatly some of there drivers take jobs and sit parked up for ten mins not realising you can track them so u can see there parked up

Thus app is good shame the taxi firm are not.they never show on time ever!! They do rate the app as five stars quite often with their own profiles + look at the picture dumb fellers . The woman on the phone lies swears and hangs up. Get uber its better
