Enjoyed the app but it struggles with any connectivity issues. I booked a car, received a connectivity error, retried and then received a confirmation. Turns out the booking was never received by the server.

Iv used this app for over 2 years now I booked a taxi which took almost 30 minutes to arrive. Looked at the app which said another 7 minutes. So decided to cancel and get a lift instead. Called to cancel. The csa said he was almost at my property. Which i know was a lie as I tracked the car. Got a rude call back saying I'm banned! Then a few missed calls. I was told the driver came from far The angry call back was disgusting iv been a regular for long and short trips. Stay away from them!
