The taxi drivers systematically try to overcharge me between 1£ and 1.5£, which is outrageous: THEY ARE ROBBING ME IN FRONT OF MY FACE. And when I call the company to complain, they never get back to me.

been using this taxi company for a few years now. great service, some of their drivers have an attitude problem though and really have to ease of pedal. I race cars so I know when to have a heavy right foot. the A71 along Calder Road is NOT when or where too do it!

Love this app when it works. I have the football team based one now, which is basically the same. Some trouble connecting to server. Please update to include policy on pets mainly dogs.

Ordered. Was text and informed taxi would arrive in approximately 1 minute. So as anyone would I went outside my house (in the pouring rain). Waited 20 minutes. Taxi never turned up. Operator rude on phone and not the first time. Was going to see my ill father, not drunk, not an **sehole but treated like one. Will never use again.

The creators of this app claim it is "far superior to other apps such as Uber and Hailo." in what universe? This is a terrible app - a dreadful rip-off of those lithe apps. It barely works at all. When it does, expect a 5% surcharge for paying by card.

This app was very handy, but a couple of weeks ago, I started receiving "Account not valid" error messages every time I try to create a booking. I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled, changed my user settings, but nothing has worked. FYI, I don't have an 'account', I'm set up as 'cash' for my payment type, so I'm guessing something changed a few weeks back on your server side which is causing this issue. Please Fix!

Been using the Capital Cars app for over a year now. Slight instability glitches at times but easy to use and guaranteed 20% cheaper than a Black! Once you have a few regular journeys stored you can book a cab with just a small few clicks! Excellent!
