Metro Express Minicab London

Use this cab station so often I would expect better service from the app and the cab station itself. I've booked a car from 9am for 3.15 in the afternoon and it still turned up late. Plus the app keeps cancelling when I make a booking without even notifying me at least. Not happy at all

Very disappointed! It's only possible to pay cash which I find very inconvenient especially in case of emergency where it's hard to find a cash machine! Installed and uninstalled straight away!

Ordered a pickup from airport and the driver wasn't there to meet and greet.. driver wanted me to walk to the drop off point in luton airport with four bags in hand and being up over 22 hours... so thanks for the experience metro express...

My teenage son uses this cab company and is very happy the the drivers that take him a to b and also the managers that help him on a daily basis

Quick and helpful cars are on time and drivers are very reliable. Best office to book a cab with. Will recommend to everyone. This app gives you 10% off for every journey. I am making the most out of it.

Left us waiting in central London for 40 minutes with no communication. Had to ring the number to be told no one in the area and it would be another 40 minutes. So much for being told your taxi was booked!

I have been booking cabs over their new app and I'm loving it is very professional and user friendly and also this app gives you 10% off when boomed via this app. You just have to try it its hard to explain, I think it's much better than uber. Lovely drivers and operators. I will recommend it to everyone who often used cabs. Much appreciate it.
