Keen Group Minicabs & Couriers

Have used this company since the beginning, let down twice recently. Booked cab, lost booking. Booked cab this evening one hour later phoned to c where cab was and told none in my neighbourhood and hadn't bothered to tell me. Won't be using again.????

Best cab service in London

I used this app twice today - Once to book a future journey, then again to book the return journey. The cab arrived on time, and I was able to track its arrival. I booked the return journey for asap and the cab arrived within 10 minutes. I was informed of the arrival via text, which was perfect. Knowing ahead of time the cost for the journey was appreciated. I paid cash both times, but would consider using a card in the future. The app is not visually stunning, but it works flawlessly, which is what I most care about.

This company and its service is rubbish! Why take second best with a sat nav when you can get a black cab for less with a driver that has a map in his/her head. Hailo is £5 minimum too...

Very good app, use it all the time. Great you can save regular locations/destinations in it. Good can leave a note for driver (even if hidden in advance settings). Great feature to see where cab is on a map once ordered. Would recommend
