Had this app before used it about 5 times I had a few problems. Received a promotion text and tried to use it again since then its been faultless. Booked , paid for by card no problem.

Would be great if we could adjust for wait n return. Also if we wasnt charged extra for using card payments as ur not thru uber or gett apps for card or paypal payments. Apart from that very good job other cab stations need to move with the times. Oh well their loss lol!

Fast app saved me when I was lost in the middle off no where and it was Pouring with rain after a night out. Thank God for the accurate find my location. This app was my hero. Driver came to my exact location. .. God knows what could have happened if I didn't have the APP

The first time I used this app it double booked a cab taking me from Heathrow to Walthamstow. The app only showed one booking but two drivers turned up and caused lots of confusion. When I phoned the firm they kept me on hold for ages and then were pretty rude and wouldn't acknowledge there was a problem with the app, which can only mean this will happen again in future as they were unwilling to look at the problem. Back to Addison Lee!

I love it. I've had no problems with any of the drivers. They run an excellent service.

I use this app daily and it is always very good and reliable but over the past few weeks it has not been working properly, it says it is not synced so i try to sync it and it still doesnt work. please please fix!!

This annoying app did not work properly most times. It's terrible in cases of emergancy! I am going to uninstall it and then reinstall it ONCE more & if it still doesn't work then im done with it!!!

Very straightforward, I have used it a bunch of times. I love the 'track your driver' part of it. The only negative is that it doesn't allow for adding multiple drops. This would be so handy.

Used it twice now and a really useful little app. Could probably benefit from the attention of a graphic designer but who's bothered by that?

Tried to book a cab for tonight over an hour ago requested a call back no one called no notification no emails. If you need to travel try somewhere were you are sure of the service!
