Very bad service. Used this as no uber cars were available. Suggested a route to the driver who decided I knew nothing. Driver called HQ to complain which delayed my journey, then took the route I suggested we avoid. I'm currently stuck in traffic and have missed the very important event I am supposed to be at due to his arrogance. If I was you I'd wait an extra 10 minutes for an uber instead of having awful service and traffic jams from a clueless arrogant driver.
