This app has not worked for 2 months so i now use another service.

It's a fine app - same as used by dozens of taxi firms across the country. It has been changed to include a minimum 15 mins booking time though, and then the taxi shows up 5 mins late. So you wait 20 mins rather than the usual 5-10 if you want it asap. Gave 2 stars because the pricing is accurate, but not much more to recommend.

Downsides:- 1. Taxi only lets you book 15 minutes ahead. The average wait time to get a taxi if you call seems to be about 5 minutes though so why make me wait an extra 10? 2. I prebooked a taxi for 15 mins ahead whilst on the way to the train station. I got a call a few mins later from the taxi driver asking where I was. 3. App shares your phone number with drivers for them to call you directly. Another app I use lets the driver phone me (and me phone the driver) without either of us seeing the real phone number. 4. The biggest gripe for me is that when you first install this you need to fill in 9 settings before you can do anything and most of them aren't very intuitive (e.g. Buddy Complete Text, Ring Back (Yes/No)). If I booked by phone I'd be asked only for my name and location so why can't the app be just as simple? 5. I once spent 15 minutes just trying to place a booking because the app wouldn't recognise any variation of the train station I was at. Eventually after searching for a postcode on Google I got the app to recognise a nearby Subway. That being said once I got the app installed, the settings filled in and some favourites set up it seems to work quite well.

Invalid Reference 'Promo Code'? I'm not even trying to use a promo code! I didn't even know you could use promo codes for taxi's and don't know how to stop 'trying' to use one. Please, sort this out

I booked a taxi last night for early in the morning, and as I could not track a vehicle, I called them. They said they are fully booked and cannot do that job!!! No email, no sms, no cancellation phone call! Unacceptable.

Been using them for awhile now and excellent service and price always right what it states No surprises

Best taxi service in milton keynes

Used in for first time and very impressed.you get a estimated cost of journey which turned out to be accurate for me. You can track your cab and have message sent to a buddy for safety to tell them that you're in the cab on your way and when you get there they get a message too.i love this app and as long as it keeps working I'll use eezy cabs.

I cannot drive at the moment and use Eezy cabs to get to and from work 4.5 days a week. As Milton Keynes taxi firms go they are pretty reliable. Regarding this app it is generally OK but: 1. It asks me to go into the app settings and sync each time I use it: not a big issue but a bit irritating 2. As stated I am a regular Eezy cab customer at the moment. The app remembers previous bookings and only holds 5 bookings in app memory, so when I try to book another it says I have reached my booking limit! I found how to clear historical bookings to make a new one, but this is not very user-friendly. 3. It would be helpful to be able to pay through the app, especially as it gives you a journey price (as mine is to and from work each day I know it is always £6.30). I don't pay by card because of the 10% surcharge - too expensive!

Very easy to use

GPS thinks I am in London for some reason and the store write up claims you have over 300 cars but your newspaper ad says you have 150 cars which one is it.

Use this app if you like to book just to wait for alloted time only to find your booking has Been automatically changed by 1hr without notification. No real detail on availability and service crashes at peak times.

Not working. Can't book as my address doesn't exist and GPS shows I'm in central London! Uninstalled

Worked far better than I was expecting. Book using a map, a text search, from ur location using GPS or by selecting one of ur saved favourite locations. Can save card details and pay that way. Automatically provides approx quotes. Pleasantly surprised.

Whats the point off an app when it's permanently OFFLINE so you can never use it ... POINTLESS. Update been in touch with them and they say the app goes offline when they are fully booked so again still pointless app as I wanted it so I could track the vehicle which you are unable to do in offline mode

It was great when it was working but it hasn't been for the past couple months so I have now uninstalled it, will reinstall it and see if anythings changed

Absolutely shocking service. I can't be sure if it's the app or the taxi company themselves but ive made a few bookings now and waited for 20+ minutes after job was accepted before job was cancelled with no explanation.

Smooth and easy to use...can even pay by debit card in the cab instead of digging for change...levels ahead of many cab firms I know and have used. And some top quality cars....can't fault um...ever!!

I have been using the Eezy Cab app for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I can save all my favourite locations to make it easier when booking a cab. I don't have to keep adding my payment details as it stores them for me, and the best bit is, I can actually track the location of my cab and follow it's progress so I know when it will be arriving. Totally brilliant and for this one reason, among many, I will stay a loyal and devoted Eezy Cab customer.

Getting spammed by these creeps via text message. Avoid at all costs.
