Great app, really bad colour scheme haha

So easy to use and tracking the taxi i could just come out the door when it was turning the corner into my street.

In this day and age with everyone always having a mobile in their hand, it's great to have a licensed taxi take you home safely. Pay by Cash or debit card. No having to give all your Bank details to be logged into data bank.

Great app so hand easy to use highly recommend.

Great for quick bookings and no need to spell out what you are saying over the phone. Good to track where the car is. Only downside is several addresses don't appear on it and I can't work out how to manually enter them (This includes Waverly Train Station!)

A very useful app that saves having to call and the confusion of misheard street names. Like the feature giving approximate time of arrival. Not far behind the Uber app in terms of functionality. Suggested improvement: pay for journey on app using a credit card without the 'convenience fee'?

This used to be a great app, but the last update changed it from a niceness to use utility to an unusable mess. All functionality has been removed to add things that aren't required or useful.

Can't complete a booking. Just keeps cycling from pickup address to drop off address and back to pick up address. Back POTS I guess.

Tried several times to book cabs last night and get a sync error every time. Needs fixing!

This was updated automatically all it does is sync and then crash back to calling them every night for contract taxis. Not good.

Has worked once out of 20 times. Unusable.

I used this app a few times to organize my transfers from Edinburgh. Very intuitive and easy to use. I only used the cash option, but had no issues. I booked a taxi the night before and the driver was always prompt (even a few minutes early). All my Central cab drivers were honest, helpful with bags and took direct routes. I would defiantly recommend this to others and use it if I get back to Edinburgh again.

Was OK but then last night the driver who picked us up tried to take us the long way and tried to short change me!! Won't be using your app or your taxis again.

I used this for the first time in mid January and it performed perfectly from placing the booking, tracking my cab, receiving the call back (whilst still in tracking view) and a very friendly cabbie to boot. The only thing it lacks is a "Hail" function like the 'Hailo' app that is in use in London.

Have used this for a while and its been great, but for the last two weeks have also been experiencing syncing errors. Please fix. Update: after testing it seems the app switches to a basic connection therefore is unable to connect to the server.

All this app says these days is syncing with server. :/ Please fix.
