A & B Taxis (Basildon)

After update I can't sign in as I get a message saying my user details are unknown. Tried to make a new account but once I have filled in my details and clicked the T and Co button it will not allow me to submit my info.

Have installed this on my phone, however everytime I try to put my user name etc., in it keeps saying it's an invalid email account, when it is not. WHY?

This is a fantastic app and makes ordering a cab so much easier. Can it have multiple pick ups as well as drop offs?

Always more expensive than any other cab firm used for the same journey pity as the app is good

Great app, shame the taxis never turn up on time - 10 mins late and my car is still another 10 mins away!

It is very simple and easy to book through the application. In addition there is a discount if you book from the app.

Does not give quote first as advertised. Booked journey but still no quotation.

Best service in Basildon. They are reliable and fair. I have no worries, my 10-year old daughter is safe with them anywhere they take her or bring her home from. The app is amazing, really user friendly; not to mention i can also save some money with it...!

Use a&b taxis all the time fantastic service. Wouldn't use anyone else. Drivers are always friendly which is nice.

App works well, great addition is the ETA when booking the taxi. Simple and easy to use

It was good at first until I had PROBLEMS with ORDERING and CONNECTING one day so thought it WASNT WORKING and booked a cab with another company as was in a HURRY and before I knew it 2 RIVAL cabs turn up and i was BEING ACCUSED of DOUBLE BOOKING taxis so A & B BLACKLISTED my home address. Apart from that the app could have been very usefull ! So make sure you don't MAKE A MISTAKE with it.

This app was working great before the last update, always syncing and working great overall. After the latest update, despite everything being the same and connection never being lost, I am confronted by a sync error message every. Single. Time. That I wish to use the app. It's getting beyond ridiculous being forced to contact A&B every day, when this, once, great app should work.

Wish all Taxi services had this app. It's exactly what I need to go to and from work. Love that you can just order a cab with just a couple of clicks. It's easy to use and has many features.

But recently the app is having sync issues.

Best way to get a cab in Basildon, though you WILL pay more if paying by card, sometimes by as much as £2.00 which doesn't seem much, but in a fare that us normally £4.00 it's quite surprising really.
