Not so much now. Bookings get accepted and then the vehicle doesn't seem to move for 10-15 mins and prebooked cars are either 10 mins early or late (booked 2+ hours in advance). Maybe not an app review as such, but the service (not) provided. Addition: it seems that I am unable to cancel an unwanted taxi that has been booked, even though the job has not been accepted yet.

Booked a pickup using this app for the next morning at 8:20 as I had to be at a course at 9. Taxi did not show up until 8:50 rendering the booking pointless. If I had known they weren't going to pay any attention to the booking service I would have just booked with someone else. Not even an apology from them. Will be deleting this app and not using their services again!!
