- We only use licensed drivers who have passed a government operated fully enhanced DBS background check.
- Our drivers have completed City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Road Passenger Vehicle Driving.
- Before being licensed our drivers have an independent local authority endorsed taxi driving assessment.
- Our drivers undertake basic maths and English language tests as well as medicals and local area knowledge
- Our vehicles are subject to age restrictions and 6 monthly enhanced MOT tests as well as daily inspections

Used to work great but with new Android upgrade - I can't pay by card or book taxis.... Forcing me to go to a cash machine which ended up taking money from my account and not dispensing it and so I had to get cash back from another shop and this was a very costly taxi ride for a short journey... All because you haven't optimised the app properly!! Uber here I come.

App description says "All Ares of Tameside, East Manchester, Manchester City Centre and Manchester Airport are covered".. I booked a taxi from Manchester Victoria to Manchester Piccadilly yesterday, woke up to find it cancelled, rang the operator to be told you don't cover that area? Yet my card was still charged for the booking!!!

The app is buggy, the operators take forever to 'accept' the job if at all - I have had to cancel bookings multiple times. I have waited up to 45 mins for a job to be accepted with a small child. Unacceptable

Apps good and easy to use. Just won't be using radio cabs again, driver tried taking us long long long way round until I corrected him, didn't like it when I refused to pay fare that he said. WILL NOT be using radio cabs again never mind the app

Used to be excellent for booking in advance if you didn't have cash on you. Now card payments have stopped it is a lurch back years. Please reinstate card payments ASAP.
