Booked a taxi but wasn't updating how long it'd be so called up and was told I'd cancelled it when only seconds before I'd seen the booking still in progress. Also what's the point of using location where you can say pick me up from here to then be told I haven't said where I want to be picked up from...pointless feature that apparently doesn't work after I was told I hadn't said what number house. But I don't know the house number for a Tesco store?! Stupid.

Got a three month old job stuck on the app, which means I can't use it. Told to "call the boss when he's in".. Yeah.. Great customer service that .

Your app is awful, didn't recognise a single address I tried to book a taxi too!! Pointless

Works great, sometimes the car location isn't perfect but never had any problems getting a taxi

Ordered a taxi for the bold in Churchtown. Got ring back.went outside and wow.Apparently wasn't my taxi according to the driver.shown him booking info the lot. Ended walking home then.got ringback again. Bad .not good

App great, but fed up of booking a taxi and hour in advance to be told i have to wait another 10-20 minutes, after booking time, for my taxi

One driver called abi... an old dude... love him to bits...from Iran but been coming to southport before I was born..and I'm 40 ha.. . huda hafez my friend.. xx fckin love that guy.. ..he has taught me there was a king of Iran at one time... a history lesson that I have enquired about on my way home.. love him to pieces.. ty ..

I don't use taxi's that often anymore. Always used all whites. They don't seem as reliable as they used to be. I used this app for the first time last night. Got a text to say my taxi had arrived but it was nowhere in sight. I phoned and the operator told me sometimes it takes 5 mins for the text to come through, so the driver probably picked someone else up. What's the point in the text then? Had to wait another 10 mins for a new taxi.

Absolutely brilliant... never missed a taxi with the excellent tracking service

App is fab when u don't have to reset b4 booking. Sometimes u can track ur taxi and sometimes it won't allow u too. I prefer the old version b4 they upgraded as taxi and app never failed u.

The app no longer tells you the taxi booking is accepted. Old app significantly better.

Unable to make bookings with this app start with pick up address then drop off address !!!! but then goes back to pickup address again + again + again doing my head in please go back to old app this one not working or is it me please help ??

Really great app, let's you book your taxi what type of taxi and also you can track your taxi to see where it is would defo recommend.

Wish it gave you a quote like it says when you're making a booking. Then you have to ring the office to get a quote which then ends up in you booking a taxi over the phone

I wish the app remembered previous destinations. It'll make it easier to book. But all in all great app.
