Abba Cars Taxis Warrington

I use ABBA to get to an out of the way part of Warrington, and they have never let me down. I even booked a cab on mad Friday (before Xmas) with fifteen minutes notice and they turned up! Thanks ABBA.

Booked an important taxi, status says booked, 15mins late, call and say another 10mins. App has no ETA. Don't waste your time either book direct or use another company.

Absolutely disgraceful company! Have booked numerous times via the app and each time comes back 15 mins later as cancelled or they turn up 2 hours late, when I have phoned the office apparently they have sent an email saying they are busy which is rubbish as no email received. Do not book with them use another company!

Left a lone female standing at the side of a dark road late at night for over half an hour no update no info can't get hold of office poor

You book with car availabilty say 5 mins. Then track it. 8 mins away. 10 mins later look at app says taxi booking cancelled with out any notification!

Booked 6 hours in advance to get home. £15 trip they missed out on as they just don't check the app. A company that are unable to work to instructed times! Rude operator, failed to show I wouldn't recommend.

Works OK most of the time but I've booked a taxi which was confirmed "okay booked" 40 mins I stood here for! called operator to be told itll be despatched now.. still no bead. Can't track it. I'm going to be late and it's All down to poor management on their part. thanks abba

Shocking company, do not download this app and do not book a taxi with them. Very unreliable!

Don't bother you will be late this company book more than they can handle absolute joke

Never any problems using the app and drivers friendly.

It is good for what it is but has lots of bugs such as your bookings will disappear when closing the app down. Needs improvements.

Seems to be OK. No problems as yet, but only been using it for a short while.

App is fine if you want a cab immediately. Booked two hours in advance and no taxi arrived. Called the office was spoken to very rudely and was told that if I had called I would have been told there was a delay. NO ONE called to say there was delay, how are you supposed to arrange appointments. Being a little proactive and polite would not go a miss.

The app wouldn't connect had to phone for a taxi which the automated system kicked in and said your taxi has been booked. Funny when I never said where I was, 20 mins later I receive a call from the driver saying I'm outside, bearing in mind I was at Warrington hospital with my mum who was on crutches and had been given liquid morphine, he then said he's at argos. Needless to say after too many phonecards and a wait of over an hour I phoned another taxi company who arrived within 10 mins of me calling,

Have often left my mum alone after work at 11 pm saying she hadn't ordered a taxi. I ordered a couple to get to christmas parties that never showed or did 30/40 mins late. We ordered a big taxi to take 6 of us to a meal in Stockton heath to have the booking taken and then not turn up because they 'don't do big taxis' and we ended up driving. DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY

I'm fed up of the app. One day it works and the next it doesn't want to play. Sums abba up all over

Update to there system shows fare price so no ripping off by anyone who did "Do Not Steal"

Learnt quickly not to book in advance with the app. This maybe the main taxi service in the area but they know it hence their staff are very rude and abuse customers if they call to complain.

Ancient user hostile interface. Cabs dont turn no matter how many hours before theyve been booked. No sms updates. Better to ring them

Don't care about customers. I called their hotline first...waited for 25 mins,was advised that a car will arrive in 5mins....still nothing... Downloaded the app,booked a cab....still no cab...called direct car services,after 5 minutes,direct car arrived.

Useless service no taxi turned up, waited well over an hour to be told they were still trying to find one available and staff were so rude and no help whatsoever, shouldn't have taken the booking. Awful company.

Waited 20 min, called to find out where's taxi- 'they're not sure' how much longer. Would've got to the point faster on my feet.

App is useless we booked in advance taxi didn't show up when we phoned we got told it was on its way (as usual) which was was a lie. The drivers are rude and so are the people on the phones. Not recommending to anybody.

I've used this app on a number of occasions and always found it useful and the taxis always turned up on time. Even on New Years Eve, the taxi arrived on time (1am). I was expecting a short delay due to the inevitable demand but received the text to say the taxi was on it's way and another to say it arrived.

Accept your booking easily enough but then don't send anybody. Happened on a couple of occassions and I won't be using again. If you don't want the job please don't accept it.

We rang the company for a taxi this morning and was told nothing was available for an hour. I then booked on the app and a taxi arrived 11 minutes later.

What's the point of booking a time, hours in advance, if they show up whenever they feel like? Never ever on time. Now the app just doesn't work either. It says "can't connect to server"

Awesome app. Would be nice if, after you book a taxi over the phone, the booking was visible in the app... [new edit]..the sms mesage confirming booking includes a url to a website hosting a map (taxi's gps real-time)

Great easy to use....but cannot use if no signal or weak signal. ...

Over an hour late most evenings

Just saying, when I book a taxi for a certain time, it means I want it to arrive at that time, not set off to come for me at that time.

Book a taxi for 10 past comes at 10 to load off rubbish company at least Harry's gives u a proper time

Not sure why the update now needs access to my photos and media files. No explanation in the update log. Won't be updating.
