The app has updated and won't let me login or even re-register. What's going on, worked perfectly before.

You guys need to make it clear on your app that rush hour periods need to be booked via phone. My other half just missed an important hospital appointment because you guys didn't turn up. No information or FAQ's on the app at all.

The price isn't accurate and no one seems to know why but some drivers will try to charge you a lot more than you should pay. Wish they would sort this out

Fantastic app.. Note to other users when you book to pick up from your address your prompted to enter your house number and any additional notes to the driver don't just enter your address and leave it as the driver won't know the house number .. great app

I booked a taxi for next day morning. Waited no one showed. Called i was told very bluntly no taxi available now and will wait at least 15 min. Not at most. I asked why not told earlier was told no call out calls which is strange as app have call out option. I complained in email no response.

Cancelled my taxis twice I needed to get to work on a bank holiday so I pre booked the taxi and it cancelled twice!

This is a great app, easy to use luv the track taxi feature :)

Taxi turned up on time got a text saying taxi waiting while I was still in venue.Driver was polite and friendley and I was charged exactly what was quoted.Will use again.

I have never been disappointed with this app. I have been using it for months now and will continue to use. I can book a taxi for a certain time and know it will arrive on time. Love it.

Could do with being able to book via during busy times instead of having to call

I've had no issues with this app. Simple to use and quick. Plus the taxi hasn't let down yet.

Whats the point in having an app when it just directs you to phone them.

I USED THIS APP TO BOOK A TAXI HOME AFTER A NIGHT OUT. I THOUGHT WHAT A GREAT IDEA IT APPEARED INSTANT AND I RECEIVED CONFORMATION AND BOOKING NUMBER. I SAT OUT SIDE AND WAITED FOR MY 11.45 TAXI AT 11.55 I PHONED BLUE LINE WHO BLANDLY TOLD ME AT WEEKENDS AND BUSY TIMES I SHOULD ALWAYS PHONE AS THE APP OVER RIDES THE COMPUTER SYSTEM. WHEN I ASKED WHAT THIS MEANT SHE TOLD ME I WAS NOT GOING TO GET A TAXI I SHOULD HAVE PHONED. OBVIOUSLY THERE WERE NO OTHER TAXI FIRMS AVAILABLE AND I FACED A 45 MIN WALK HOME IN THE DARK ALONE IN HEELS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I JUST THANK GOD IT WAS NOT MY 17 YEAR OLD LEFT IN THE SITUATION AFTER A NIGHTS WORK. DO NOT USE! AFTER OVER 10 YEARS OF USING THIS FIRM I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. THERE NEEDS TO BE A CLEAR THIS JOURNEY IS NOT BOOKED FEATURE.

only used it once and it worked great, taxi turned up on time & was even cheaper than what the app said.. 5*

after using this app flawlessly in the past (saturday nights) and not been disappointed i booked a taxi for just after midnight on friday 21st/saturday 22nd august. after waiting 15minutes after taxi was due i decided to call blueline instead, at that time i was told i was in a queue and my wait would be an hour!! my husband rang out of curiosity and was told 15 minutes and he could have a cab!!?? by all means use blueline, just don't use this app!!!!!

Nice little app for when I need to get a cab.

Never been let down

Great app and well worth the extra 10% for que jumping and taxi tracking info.system is automated so it just sends the first available taxi rather than relying on the office to assign the job. Anyone who moans is either a tight git or stupid, enough said.

Good for booking at short notice. Do not like the fact it charges you at least £1.20 more though for same journey.
