About RoTaxi Sofer
RoTaxi Sofer este o aplicatie personalizata pentru soferii de taxi din dispeceratul RoTaxi Brasov Romania.
Aplicatia lucreaza impreuna cu programul IndexDispatch, care este un program complex de dispecerizare taxi, de tip cloud. Acesta incorporeaza componentele de telefonie analogica, digitala si VOIP, precum sistemul de date GPS - monitorizare live; la randul sau, programul impreuna cu aplicatia terminal client (RoTaxi Client) si cu situl public al firmei, formeaza un mecanism complet care permite:
A) interconectarea clientului, directa sau prin dispecerat cu intreaga flota deservita, pentru onorarea solicitarii acestuia,
B) multiplicarea cailor de comunicare ale dispeceratului cu flota deservita, statia de emisie receptie putand deveni doar o simpla cale secundara sau doar de back-up pentru activitatea curenta.
C) transformarea dispeceratului taxi in call-center, fara a mai fi nevoie de atat de mult personal specializat in activitatea de dispecerizare,cat in cea de operare calculator.
D) facilitarea recrutarii personalului operator avand in vedere posibilitatea lucrului "de acasa" a dispecerelor.
E) controlul maxim detinut asupra corectitudinii distributiei comenzilor catre masinile din flota conform regulilor proprii.
F) echilibrarea foarte facila a numarului de operatori cu cererea in anumite zile, pe intervale orare, cand exista previziuni ca aceasta va creste masiv, prin simpla logare in sistem a operatorilor de acasa.
G) functie de dimensionarea infrastructurii sistemul permite dispecerizarea a mii de masini per user, eliminandu-se total dependenta de numarul de frecvente de emisie detinute.
Toate acestea au ca rezultat:
1) imbunatatirea vitezei de localizare a masinilor
2) identificarea instanta a clientului precum si a adreselor uzuale ale acestuia, la ridicarea receptorului.
3) micsorarea timpului alocare a comenzii (intre min.1s. si medie 7 sec.)
4) indrumarea usoara a soferului catre locurile de imbarcare solicitate
5) monitorizarea facila a derularii comenzii pana la finalizare
6) optimizarea alocarii comenzilor catre masinile din flota, in sensul minimizarii timpilor medii de asteptare si
a distantelor parcurse in gol pana la clienti.
