Copart – Salvage Car Auctions

The whole idea of Co part is good. But my God, the search button is atrocious, even on your actually website. If I want to search a "c250" Mercedes-Benz I'd expect to just type in 'c250' and get every single car shown like the older version of this app. But changing the search into the same as the website is hell. Now I have to type in'c250 AMG L' 'C250 SPORT' 'C250 D' 'C250 AMG' 'C250 SE' all separately just to go through a range of c250's. Please for the love of God don't make the search more difficult. If I wanted to make a narrow search I'd type up what I want but because of the way it is now I can't make a broad search of all types of C250's

After update i am unable to login. Every time this app stpos when i am trying to run this app.

So annoying! Cant see my won cars or lost bid cars!

The app during last auction said that I had the highest bid then after the auction I didn't & lost the vehicle. It was during the live bid not just prebidding & the app keeps having forced stop issues.

This app don't work please fix or roll back to the old version that one worked perfect.

Won't let you watch the auctions. App is pretty much useless. Please fix.

This application garbage. Not working . They call self we are professional. Can,t fix application long time ago. I wrote about this problem. Still same . Want only money.

This app is among my favorite to use. It's easy to navigate and great for accessing vehicles. The latest updates take it to the next level.

Constantly fails, doesn't work anywhere as well as previous version. Revise it now, Copart.

Need to fix ASAP

The old version of this App had it's challenges but it was structurally sound. This new version has a bug. I can barely sign into my account, if I am lucky to sign in; the app crashes while I am doing my window shopping. Additionally​, I can't see the lots I have won , lost or bid on. I prefer the old version of the app until you guys can figure out what's going on

This app should have never came out i have lost about 4000 dollars in vehicals that I bought thur the app. I buy one car and another one shows up there is a major glitch in this app be very careful. And they copart will do nothing about it.. only if I had it recorded.

This version is junk, don't use it if you were trying bid on something. It did not work.

It's absolute garbage, crashes every 10 second, don't show all listings .. Don't know why this app evem exist, it's just nightmare

There is this login bug whenever I try to register it send me a mail with the link to generate password ,when I click on it pop back to site's page

The app is a good design but the company has alot of outrageous fees. $50 for a gate fee that I can't even go into to get my car I bought. Internet fees for what?? The only way to buy a car is through the internet!! The forklifts tear the cars up worst by busting the gas tanks, bending lower control arms and at most busting radiators and oil pans !

I like the app, better design, a good customer service at Hamlake and Fridley, please do something about buyer fee and gate fee, Internet fee if not a dealer, if I buy an expensive car the retail value goes down as total price skyrockets.

New version keeps crashing

I love this app and the update makes the app feel way better. Newest update fixed the previous problems I had, and huge thanks to the service team that responds quickly and is active on the ratings on their app. Now I gotta go win my next project car's auction!!

It's impossible to browse an auction all the way through because "Unfortunately, Copart has stopped" Prepare to receive this force-close message early and often.

The updates awesome and more feasible for a mobile app!
