Problems logging in, problem with permissions, design bad. Please invest some money in a good programmer

Average is a kind description. If you are making an app for money business then please put more thought and effort in it. Every time it says my full statement has been sent to my email but I have never received it.

This app until was update ts just "A failure to log in" plz guys do somthin the previous version was better

Why would you send me an sms when I request my balance? What's the whole point of having an app anyway? Also statement should be downloaded as pdf not send to email.. The user interface is very poor but at least it works somehow

This app isn't working right, failed to read activation sms on Android Marshmallow on my phone. Do something about permissions.

Too poor to rate the 1+ is just far high for the poor thing. If it can't log in what is its purpose anyway????

Worst bank app ever. Even after updating it, it still sucks. I'm uninstalling it. Coop bank pull up!

The older version worked well . this is just awe full. Since I downloaded it has refused to work. What a let down. It keeps verifying and then fails. Don't download it. What a waste

Can't log in. Has issues with permissions and can't detect the verification and - even after manually assigning it permission to sms.

Don't waste your time, app won't log in

Connection to the server is always unsuccessful. More needs to be done on your app

Check the app by cfc or chase bank...now those are good apps. This one however, can do way better

Updates have become useless. The older one is superior.

I had the older app and it was working perfectly..this one is a waste. Keeps veryfying and sending me verification codes but cant log in..

Was it an upgrade or a downgrade, because the previous one worked, this so called 'update' wont even log in!

On logging in, it pops out with an empty page.....fix this issue, it can be a good virtual bank.

Just update the app. Then go to apps settings in your phone, locate MCOOP , change the permissions
