When I first instilled this, it was GREAT. But... Needed to get a new card because the old one was breached, but now I can't delete the old card, and CARDNAV thinks my card is my wife's - -showing her card activity but not mine! Great if it were to be improved, updated.

For 3 or more Months my account balances have been WRONG, consistently with the same wrong amounts. Neither Credit Union or App company is able to find and fix the problem. I have installed and uninstalled three times, so Forget this

This is very frustrating. You have the option to turn on and off when nit in use but if you need to use it and then it gives you an error saying it can't connect to the banks server than you're screwed and set up fir embarrassment if you're in the checkout line. Not good at all.

Password fields are broken. If this fails at password fields, I wonder what other security is broken.

You NEED to provide finger print authentication rather than passwords/passcodes. With all the passwords we are asked to remember these days, the ability to use our finger print makes life much easier and without any less security (maybe more). UPDATE your app!!! Add this feature!!! Then I'll give you at least a 4-star rating!

Had an unauthorized transaction on my card from an unknown business thank God I found this app my card is locked safe and sound

I like that this app provides notifications on transaction. But it's not consistent. Main reason I use this app.

I absolutely love this app. In seconds,I'm able to keep track of all my balances.. I have complete control how my card can be used with notifications on each use so its really cool!!

Material Design update, better navigation, and support for Android Wear, and Imprint.

not getting ANY notifications on activities on my accounts.....not ONE since installing it!

For a free app that is good with monitoring my debit card, I put it to the test and was pleased every time. It was very prompt even if my card is turn off.

I've had someone steal my identity twice in the last year. With this App I don't think that will ever happen again. This gives you complete control over your cards. I can set spending limits or turn off a card completely if I don't plan on using it that often. When I need to pull out money I just turn the card back on while I'm at the ATM and the change takes effect immediately.

Won't display the Terms & Conditions. Have NO IDEA why. I emailed, let's see if they respond. UPDATE 11/18/15 ~ No, they didn't email back AND don't even bother calling the support number because Co-Op financial will lie and tell you to contact your credit union. WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE?

Balance won't update. Been inaccurate for the last 24 hours. This is a terrible problem! Also, like others, I've gotten zero notifications from the app since my first day using it. Please fix this app! Also, add the ability to deposit checks or it's back to the old app which is seriously old but at least the balance is accurate and I can deposit checks. No point in keeping this app if these things aren't changed/fixed. Thanks.

Notified of card use for 1 day, then notifications completely stopped. Account balance has been wrong for weeks. Unreliable and hopeufully someone will fix this before the company who made this gets sued. Forcing close and clearing cache fixed the account balance, but not the lack of notifications.

The app does not update and displays wrong financial information. Unreliable and makes it hard for those who want to control their money and can't because the site is incorrect! Please fix!

I like the app. It is easy to use and nice on the eyes. Notifications and syncing is definitely a problem though and could use some work.

Nice app. Does the job. Could use an update to follow material design and to add fingerprint support for login.

Nice, simple, and clean user interface. The ability to deactivate or pause your linked debit card is a nice feature.

This app is great, I love being able to control my wife's bank card sense I manage the budget. Also setting limits and turning off the card altogether if you misplace it.

App is fantastic. I love the new updates. The concept is great and getting better with each update. I enjoy the piece of mind this app gives me when it comes to my accounts.

I have used the region, location, and on/off functions, but the real-time alert function is my favorite by far. Any card activity pops up on my phone and I instantly know who is being paid, and how much. It has made tracking my spending so much easier, and I never have to worry about unauthorized charges. Thanks for the peace of mind!

Went to use the app for the first time today. I had my card turned off since yesterday. Turned card on in parking lot before I went shopping. Ten minutes later at the checkout line and card was denied. How long before I use it do I have to turn the card on? Very embarrassing and very annoying.

Finally figured out how to add additional cards: In the app, press the device hard or soft Menu button (may require press & hold of Recent button) to show CardNav menu. Select More / Settings / Add Card and walk through it. This REALLY needs to be a default Menu icon in the upper right of the app screen & move "Refresh" to the bottom. Devs, this is basic UI stuff. Initial review was 2 stars. It was (and may still be) too hard to set up passwords (requirements aren't stated up front) & too easy to get locked out as it does not integrate with password managers or allow cut & paste for user/PW. Not sure if they've fixed text fields to prevent auto-correct, prediction and case mods by keyboards. Still doesn't offer to email a copy of the EULA and Privacy policy. BUT, once you're in and set up, it appears to do what it says on the label. Fix the usability and UI issues and this could get 4 stars easy.

In the help it says you can add more cards but I can't find any way to do so. I also have cards from more than one credit union and can't even find a way to log out and in so I can switch between log ins.

Always having problems with log in when I hit the login button the screen goes blank and then comes back up in the login screen can't log on

App is good but I can only put one card on the account. I have two cards. There is no option to log out I have to kill the app? I can't find a menu to change any information. .email address, password, profile info ect.
