Expats Express for Android
It doesn't work.
I cant even sign up.
Didn't let me sign in
I can't sign up.
I know many people in China who would've gladly paid to support Expat Express in order to keep the Google map and translation functions, both of which were invaluable tools for expats in my community. Instead, with an update the map was disabled and promised to be coming soon, both as a notification and in comments from the company. It never came. Then, they disabled the translation function, so even those of us with the old APK couldn't translate anymore. E.E. has lost face in our community.
Still have the sign up issue
Sign up issue I can't create resume at all, also my friends told me no engineering jobs ? really short verity of jobs ?

Don't work at all
Doesn't open
Asks for LinkedIn profile, but will not read from it. It would not set a profile photo. In a 4 hour period of non-use with the app not even open, it managed to use 62% of my S5's battery according to GSAM battery usage (WHAT IS IT DOING IN THE BACKGROUND? !?!). I would like to use it, but simply cannot.
The interface is not bad, and I like the fact that you can message with companies and recruiters. The problem with this app is that the quality and diversity of the jobs is low. It is predominantly ESL teaching jobs for entry level teachers. This is true about any English language job site in China, but especially so here. It's not that those other jobs aren't out there, they just don't have them. There is more variety on Glass Door, Smart Shanghai, eChinacities, and Craigslist. I love the format of the site, but until there is a wider variety of jobs it is not useful for me. There also seems to be no way to cancel your account in the app, which is obnoxious.
They have stepped up from the all-around app to the job-focused app, which is great!
