Car Maintenance Reminder Pro

This app ran great on my s5 with an SD card but I can't get my nexus 6 yo read that oil change.db file. Any ideas where to put the file so I can get years of data from it?

Google cloud backup still not working! Lost all my recorded data! Tried to enter all the information again, and run backup, but I keep getting a message that says it will backup later where resources are available. Would give it 4 stars if backup to cloud worked!

This app used to be great, however it seems as though it is no longer supported. I have spent a good amount of effort keeping up to date with all my records only to find this app completely lost it all when switching to my Galaxy S7 active. I am very upset now.

Suggest in your next update: user can upload a photo of vehicle & fill in a description of vehicle,i.e., year, make, color, vin#, License #, dealership, phone #, Insurer with address/phone #. presently using Note Section. App for several days is not functioning properly.

I bought this app some time ago and used it without complaint. When my old phone died, however, I was unable to transfer my data, so I did it the hardest way possible...By manually entering all of the old data. Today I found out that all of my new data was missing. Very disappointed.

I used the lite version for six months and was very satisfied with it. That being said the added features are so worth the couple of bucks for this application. We need a way to edit milage if a mistake is made.

Generally good but has the deficiency of not enough vehicle data. It only records vehicle make and model. Can't edit mileage to correct mistakes. Should be able to put engine type, tire data, etc. Can't synchronize it with other devices. Too many deficiencies to rate it higher after having paid $.

First time I've ever asked for a refund for a paid app. I purchased the Pro upgrade so that I could export my history and sync it to my new phone, and it just plain would not work. I tried several different ways, to no avail. I tried to email the developer and got zero response. This seems to be an abandoned app.

Bought the Pro version a year ago so my data could be stored and not lost when changing phones. Well,just changed phones and the backup failed. It could not identify it's own folder! Tried to switch to cloud storage and it tells me I need to buy the Pro version. I already have it!

I've been logging on this app over 5 years and now I reset my phone and all my data is lost and I backed up my files like I have many times before. All of my data from my car is gone...and it will not pull anything from the cloud and I'm sure the app wrote over my old data on the cloud. So pissed off with this...

I love the app, but a few tweaks would help quite a bit. When adding a fill up entry, if you rotate the screen, data that was entered is lost. Similar things happen if you enter mileage and power off the screen.

I recently upgraded my phone which doesn't expect a micro sd card. My phone does not find any cloud service and I cannot get support from the software developer. 3.5 years of data on 4 vehicles I cannot retrieve. I am very disappointed.

My only complaint is that I can't customize it to start on the gas screen instead of the maintenance screen. I need to log gas a lot more often than other maintenance items, would be nice if I could set it to start on this

I have kept neocorte meticulous records over the past couple of years. I recently purchased a new phone only to find that neither the DB nor the Google cloud backups have any data in them! Every 3 days i would see the "successful backup" notification. All i have is the CSV file which cannot be imported! This should be a third backup option!

After 3 years on my Galaxy S4, finally upgraded to the S7. Nothing for this app transferred over. Cloud backup is a joke; absolutely worthless. It looks like the app over wrote the old data on my transferred SD card. Wish I had read the comments here before buying this crap.

Shame the developer does not reply to emails. I needed to reformat my phone and so I purchased the app to have the backup and restore feature. I backed it up by pressing the button. Saved it to my MicroSD card. After I reinstalled the app, I attempted to restore the oilchange.csv file and it does not show any of the old data, even though it says it completed successfully. Emailed the developer and have yet to receive a response.

I loved this app when I first installed. I bought the pro version and was unable to back up any data to my SD card. I got a new phone and all my previous data is now lost.

Didn't export to Google Cloud. And exporting to the SD card didn't work either. Lost all my data. Would not recommend this app.

Loved it until I had to restore to my phone. It will not do the automatic restore, and no information on how to manually restore. Lost all my information, SUPER ANGRY. Had all my maintenance from 2009 purchase of vehicle forward. Guess it was my stupid fault for trusting an APP. So annoyed, I wish I could rate it a 0! Forum is super unfriendly, and there is no way to make contact for assistance.

Can't restore data. Note to app developer: not all phones have removable SD cards!! You should be able to import from a saved directory. Even with selecting the default directory it still errors and won't import. This app has potential but the backup issues are very frustrating.

When I got this new phone a couple months ago I started getting back up information from a car I sold well over a year ago. I bought my truck in Jan last year and I had around 70 entries for it and it always told me that it was backing up my info. So when I got this new phone all the records disappeared somehow but yet the car that I haven't made an entry for in a year was still popping up. I tried contacting the admin but never got a reply. So I'm keeping paper records until I find an app that's trustworty

I tried everything and cannot backup properly. Problem is that I traded in my sprint phone for an AT&T phone and could not recover the data that I thought was on my SD card. I lost it all. Worst thing is the forum is full of crap for sale and not relevant information. Bye, bye I'm trying A Car app.

Had to re key half the data on last phone switch. Now new phone doesn't have a sd card slot...backup to google cloud doesn't work. Emailed support with no response. This app should be removed...Don't buy this.

Have previously been unsuccessful transferring data to a new phone, and now with a Galaxy S6 I have no external storage to save to. Also, in the UK we purchase fuel in litres but gauge economy in mpg. Extra control over the units in settings would be very handy. 5-stars if the unit settings are sorted as I have no intention of replacing my phone anytime soon.

Great app to remind you of the joys of owning a car. As long as you remember to update it when you fill up (not the apps fault) I've used this app for about 2 years now and thanks to a recent update I'll never have an issue with losing my data ever again. Now if you could just figure out a way to update the MPG by taking a picture of the gas pump screen...

New phone and data gone. Backup and restore not working due to issue this app has with finding SD card. Glad I wasted my money buying pro version when I first started using this app. What a disappointment.

I have been using this app for almost 2 years. I rely on its information & reminders. I have been unable to enter fill up records & it keeps freezing up. I've sent several emails and have not received any response. I really don't want to start over with a new app but looks like I may have no choice. 2 years of logged information lost :/

Great app all phones should have this. Only thing is the clipart is kinda childish could u change it to a picture of a car with hood open and clipboard leaning on it? And also it would be great to print out the data history so u have it ready when u sell the car

I was wondering how I would keep this information up to date and this is the simplest way for a taxi company to monitor on hand when needed and cand enter the information contained within at anytime. Good job!!

This app was best in class. Now, however, it's been abandoned and will not back up or restore data. It says it does but it won't. Which means you will lose all data every time you switch or reformat phones. Years of data gone... exercise in futility and frustration. Waste of money.

This app is great, I've been using it for almost 3yrs to keep track of the maintenance needed on two different cars. It is a must have tool.

With Android 4.4 you can't backup to SD card. Backup and Recover from cloud does not work. Would like to see if backup and recovery to Dropbox could be integrated.

This is a great app....when it worked. For over a month now it just sits on a blank screen and eventually locks my phone, requiring a battery pull to reset. Multiple requests have gone to the developer for help and have thus far gone unanswered. Hate to say it but stay away and don't loose your money like some of us have

I have 4 cars that I added to the app lots of reminders you can delete add reminders works good I do all my oil changes and work on the cars so far very happy with the results, update: wish there was a way that we can add pictures of the oil and oil filters to the notes section otherwise it works really well

Have been using this app for awhile. Got a new phone and the "Pro" version won't update from cloud or from the oil change.db file.

I use this as a reminder, not a permanent log. Had no trouble exporting the database when I switched phones. It has enough options to track multiple vehicles. You can make custom maintenance items and hide ones that don't apply. Only drawback is the odometer updates. Doesn't keep a record of them, and it won't calculate averagemileage, you have to figure that out yourself and set it manually. So it doesn't estimate mileage very accurately.

This App doesnt work as discribed. I have been using nearly 3 years. I have attempted to back it up to the SD card and to the Google server every time I have to change phones or uninstall and reinstall the app all of my data is lost. This last time I had to change phones I made sure I backed the data up to the SD card. When I install the sd card on my new phone the app will not read file There is no point in using the app if I have to backup all my data on paper.will pay more if you make backup work.

Great app for tracking fuel and maintenance. Pro version is a must for multicar families. They should get rid of the Forum tab, though, as their forums are useless and just full of spam. The app would be better if it was updated more often. The design is outdated. It could be beautiful with Material Design.

Had to perform a hard reset on phone, but saved data to SD card, or so I thought. Tried to locate file on SD card , but is no where to be found. Would appreciate some tech support to resolve issue. Otherwise app purchase would be a waste.

Looking forward to future updates and yes I paid for the pro one. The reload feature does work. This developer honestly earned the money I sent him. Thank you.
