Unable to register product

Not only is raising a service request very difficult but a very bad experience too. One needs the serial number to raise a request. After few years of using d product who remembers the serial number. Why is it so required even after specifying the model name ? And after all this pain of raising service request all you get is a SMS that we tried to call you and could not reach you. On call back the service agent replies we don't service in your area. Stop selling coolers you don't deserve it.

A really nice app. A breakthrough in the industry, I do not think there is any other brand in this category which has an app. The app has little scope at the moment but it is definitely a great step. Kudos to the Symphony Team. Best cooler.. the most innovative company.

Good to see such app, where I can get the technical advise on the type of Cooler, which suits my requirements. Dealers are not that perfect...so it's good to get it from the company. Great8.

I tried plenty of times to register my new product bought; but it just does not register. When I tried from web it happened in a minute. So dont know what is the use of app. I think it will be only use of registering a complaint or request for a service (I hope I dont have to use app for that!)
