Hasn't worked for months - was fine for over a year, tried deleting and re-installing only to find that they don't have any services listed at all (!) altho threy prompt you to "choose a service", will not allow you to register a username no matter which name you choose, and support does not seem to exist. They stopped updating it sometime in late 2014, I think. Had a lot of trouble with their gamey text services, but their app was working fine for over a year. As of March 2015, on Android phones downloading app thru Google Play, it appears as non-functional, and offers no info on any transit services at all. I have emailed their support desk about this, but only got an auto response that went no where. :( bummer. Gotta find another transit app.

I had this for my iPhone a while back and loved it. It showed all stops, tracks, and fares. On the Android, you're lucky if you get an accurate schedule. I sucked it up and still used the app to find a train. But this past week or two, I'm constantly shown "Cannot retrieve latest schedule, here's your last requested schedule" but my last requested schedule was over 14 hours difference! Are you serious here? Fix this!

Everything was great on march 2nd but since then it wont update any searches. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it wont do anything until i choose a carrier. So i go to choose. Not 1 thing shows up. I hit done and wam... still nothing.. i use this app often but lately it sux.

Never works wait 5 minutes and schedule still doesn't come up

Used to use this app all the time for train schedules, but it doesn't work anymore. No longer loads up-to-date schedules & if you dl it to a new device it will just be blank.

I used to use this app all the time for the path train but now there hasn't been an update in a while, doesn't give me the weekend schedule on the weekday schedule... It really needs to be updated

It always have work, till now, it gets a"no schedules found" error, if fix rating will change too

I take the path every day, and during the week the app gives you the right time schedule. But for the weekend forget it, you might as well come 2hrs early so you won't miss your train, and come late for work.

I used to use it for the PATH train. It was never accurate, but now it doesn't work at all.

I am about to Uninstall this app for the 4th time. Three times before I reinstalled it in hopes of improved use. It doesn't work! What happened? It worked once before but seems to be stuck on California stations.

Port Authority PATH trains only app for train schedules and it just stopped a few weeks ago.

The app is now working again!! I tried similar apps since CooCoo was down and none compared...welcome back.

Getting the schedules for the PATH trains has not worked for a few months now. Tried reinstalling with no success. The other modes of transit I use work fine.

Doesn't give the schedule for the weekend WTC line.

The app now can't look up PATH schedules. Not being able to look up these current schedules is a serious problem and it should be fixed ASAP.

Worked great for a long time. Now it just spins. Been like this for at least 6+ months, if not longer. Can't even remember the last time it worked properly.

This app never loads. It let's u plug all the info in and then never says what time the trains r supposed to come. Don't even bother downloading this app, they're not even planning to fix it.

Still hadn't updated their schedule since it's changed and wfc weekend service is none existence

Weekend Path service to WTC has been restored for a month yet CooCoo's schedule has not been updated to reflect this. CooCoo was also late in updating last year when the weekend service was down in Feb 2014. Seem to be no feedback mechanism for users to report corrections.

This app was really great for a while. But they really need to update their timetable for the LIRR. It's outdated and I've been forced to use other apps when I prefer this one. I just cannot trust it and I need it daily

The schedule is easy to use and very easy to read. It has a chat line for each station. Yet their is no train alerts within the app to find out if there is a delay. Other then that, I am happy with the Coo Coo app. I have been using this app for almost a year.

There are no updates for holiday service changes to departure times on PATH. Being that this is operated by Port Authority (not a third party app) there is no excuse for lack of updates and up-to-date time changes.

Why doesn't this app tell you when a train is peak or off peak. I was forced to get off a train because I purchased an off peak ticket and had no cash on me to purchase the step up fair. Thanks to coocoo I am late for a very important work day, completely annoyed!

The app insists on my selecting a nickname, but gives no criteria for the selection. Every effort I make is invalid, so I can't progress, so this app is terrible. I miss the simple and effective sms. I guess I will learn to live without.

The sms app was easier to use while on the go. You could the voice features built in to your phone for faster results as compared to the app. The apps works, but takes longer to get the same results. Please bring the sms back!

This app used to give perfectly scheduled LIRR times down to the minute, but now it's giving me times that are completely wrong. This happens everyday without exception when searching for schedules leaving Penn Station. Additionally, if I have the app running in the background, my CPU is shot through the roof. When the dev fixes these issues I'd be glad to return my rating to 5 stars.

It reliably gives me departure and arrival times for my commute but it is missing a couple big things that the old coocoo text message service provided. 1. It never gives the departure track at NY Penn Station. This feature is SO missed as it let's you avoid the crowd at the boards during rush hour. 2. I miss having the stops available like the service provided. Please make these 2 things work and you get 5 stars!

There is no schedule being loaded for metrolink.

It won't show the list of stops and stations.....why? Other than that, I would've rated all six.

Nj transit is a mess this help you cope with it

Sms was better faster and easier

Coo Coo is cukoo! Says I should stay on my train past my destination (Newark) and go to NYC where I should get a PATH train back to Newark. Turns a 45 min trip into 2 hours!

On time

This may be the only way to offer feedback. Finding a small error in the information offered one can result in one losing hours of time commuting. There are no resources to have them correct an error. The chat rooms do not aide in correcting what should be reliable info.

Fast easy way to travel the tri-state by train!!

I relied heavily on this app until recently it just isn't working. I choose the stations and it tells me "no schedules found" every time. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Nothing. I'm just going to uninstall it and use hopstop.

Not useful for anyone who needs to use this underground
