It's terrible. Keep getting messages that it's not working. Very unreliable to get calls as well. Too many dropped calls. Bad interpreting services. You will regret porting your number from different VRS.

I don't understand that a message populates that I need to return their call but I'm already talking to them. Then the app automatically hung up on them everytime and the call only last for 31 seconds.

I love using Convo Interpreters and the app runs smoothly enough, but it reduces my phone's battery life by half which is not acceptable. Please find a way for this not to be the case!

Apparently with mobile user it doesn't work with Tmobile network carrier. I've been in contact for support over a week and it's still not resolved. It's affecting my job and I have no choice but switch to a different VRS.

I like it better than purple vrs. I because I try copy phone number and paste. On vrs apps. purple not work for but convo work paste phone number! Thump up

In old verison, it tend to crash but afterward new version, thank you so much, I appreciated for your service and willing to improve for deaf community.
