About TrackDirect - NAIPS Briefing
Airservices Australia's NAIPS service provides flight briefing services to pilots operating in Australian airspace. This app provides a quick and easy way to access basic NAIPS functionality in an app, rather than having to log on via a web browser.
Your username and password are remembered and used automatically, rather than having to log on every hour or so. Current features include location and area briefings and graphic charts (grid point winds, synoptic charts etc.)
Briefings are retained on the device (but marked as outdated after a period of time) so you can easily refer to a previous briefing, or share it via email or other applications. A quick refresh button will get an updated version of any previous briefing - in full, not just changes.
Location search uses an on-device database with all Australian airfields, ALAs, navaids and both VFR and IFR waypoints included. Coordinates and distance and direction from your current location are displayed, along with first/last light times.
This app is under active development and more features (e.g. flight planning and mapping) will be progressively released. All current functionality is free but some future features may be paid-for options.

It won't do international ports. I live in PNG and it would great if I could get all the notams, Etc for here. Other than that works really well. Cheers

New additions all the time,All fixed, working well now with no issues. Same issue on Z5, typing goes crazy, unusable, only seems to be happening since last update before that it worked fine, would be nice to be able to access the charts!!

Updated: works like a charm in Z3 Thanks for the prompt response and fixing the bugs. Look forward to more developments for this app I'm an airline pilot and this is very user friendly

Hit the settings tab to sign in and the app crashes. Tried reinstall. Just downloaded update and same problem. SONY Xperia Z3. Thanks for the fix, quick response. Still a little limited at the stage re features more will come no doubt, SPFIB, charts first last light ect. I've upped up rating.

NAIPS pure. I really like the ability to "refresh" a previous weather briefing (local or area) without having to start from scratch. stable on: Samsung Galaxy S4 gt-i9506 - cyanogenmod 13.0 Android 6.0.1 - a restricted area briefing tab would be useful for pre-flight VFR OCTA (without transponder): "are R639A/B/C/D, R654A/B/C, R625C/D active?"

Great UI and looking forward to future enhancements. It feels like forever that I've been waiting for a quality Naips app for android. Keep up the good work!
