This app is for hoteliers, housing estate agents, off-campus students and travellers. This app also extends opportunities to landlords who may wish to make money from their Guest House or vacant rooms. Tourists, travellers and Off-Campus Students who may find home stay much more affordable and socially integrating especially for long durations than the Hotels will opt for home stay.

How it works:
in Host mode, enter your apartment or room, property price, quantity and the duration of offer e.g per night, per year or for life in case of sales. You will be prompted to take a 5-second video of the property you are offering to rent or lease. Expected facilities list will pop up and you'll be expected to remove unavailable items by touching the item and swiping to the right of the list. Press back button and then press Video button to register it on our server. You may post as many categories of properties you have. Then wait and see the app connect customers to you. The customer will pay 10% to Contritrack Innovations as commission and pay the 90% to you when you host him. For authentication, request for the booking sms message and confirm that the booking ID corresponds with the one we'll send to you. In Booking mode, customers will zoom and pan map to the desired location and click on markers in the neighborhood. Search destination has been added to the current version. Information about the property including property ID and price will pop up. Click on the info window to get more information on the property and payment methods. You will even be able to play the video of the property for better appreciation. At this stage, the customer will only be required to pay 10% to secure the offer.
